Excellent!! Food is absolutely delicious. A family favorite. We have tried literally every pizzeria in area beyond and no one beats FLORENCE. Best pizza- from crust to toppings. We love it. Quick,friendly delivery and friendly service when you do pick ups as well.If you want authentic Italian food this is the right place!

Order from this place lady who answered the phone was pleasant took my order pepperoni pizza, wings, garlic knots and a Sprite. Took them over an hour to deliver my food, and when they got here no Sprite and they made me the wrong pizza. On top of that the pizza was subpar. Called them and had to repeat myself multiple times to get it across that they messed up. They offered to make another pizza and bring it over with the Sprite, an hour an a half goes by and i still didn’t get my order. Had to call them back for a third time to let them know. I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Disappointed. We ordered a large pie with pepperoni to be delivered. The delivery took over an hour, which I can deal with, however when the pizza got here it was incredibly greasy, cold and all of the cheese slid over to one side. We will not be ordering from here anymore.

Update – after 3 up and down years, Florence is closed. I’m told a new pizzeria is opening within the week. Very strange. Bought a slice Friday afternoon, saw the owners taking equipment out that night at like 1am (I know they have another location)

I rarely write a review but I have to share my horrible experience with the worst Pizzeria in Bergen County. I placed my order over the phone and the pizza delivery man was taking my order because the cashier wasn’t around. He tells me 30-35 mins. Okay great! An hour goes bye, nothing. An hour and a half and now I’m starving so I call to see what’s going on. Now im told the delivery guy left without my meal and my meal is being kept warm in the oven. I ask to speak to the manager. Im told I can’t speak to him because he’s running another place and doesn’t care. Great no manager, no wonder why my food is sitting in the over being kept warm. I ask to be compensated for my time and they offer $10 off a $36 order…it gets better! They say its going to be warm not hot when I get it plus the guy hasn’t even left yet so I’ll be waiting another 20 mins for a warm meal. LOL I gave them one last chance to offer it at no cost for my trouble. They declined so I cancelled my order. Here I am warm you allllllll to stay faaaaaaar away from this joke of a pizzeria. So you get the entire story once I cancled and promise to go to social media, they called back to offer it at no cost and now I told them I declined and will never use their pizzeria again. Way to keep your customers happy guys!

My first time coming through and wanted to get a pie for the kids. I saw the reviews and figured lets give it a shot.The service was good and I was treated more like family than a guy who just walked through the door probably because I was the only guy who walked through the door. lol I felt comfortable here and felt as though I had been coming for years even though this was my first time. So now onto what you all care about which is how the pizza actually tasted. First off trust me when I say I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life, I’ve had cheap fast food style pizza and I’ve had overpriced so called gourmet organic pizza that taste like van frozen Ellios on its best day lol. Let me tell you that this Chicken Alfredo pie was very very good.The crust wasn’t crispy just right, the sauce was just amazing Alfredo sauce with a great taste, As far as the cheese they could have added a little more because you barely could taste it which was my only negative on the pie. I would definitely come back and try other pies on the menu. Small parking lot but it is not usually busy so parking should not be an issue. Prepare to turn into the parking lot as soon as you arrive because if you miss it you have to our your way to turn around

Ordered a pizza, garlic knots and mushroom soup, I got a Sicilian pizza, fried calamari and a salad only after it being 2.5 hours late. Never again this is the second time this crappy place screwed up. BE WARNED of the terrable service

I always order from here for my lunch break. Pleasant Staff, clean, you get to sit and eat or order to go. If you stay and eat they bring your food to you. Order to go and they call you up to grab your food. They deliver I usually don’t ask to have my food deliver since it’s really a few minutes away from my job, I’d rather pick up.

The pizza slices were as hard as the box it came in , their customer service wasn’t very good either they offered to send the order over again one more time . But I’m sure if the first slice was bad the rest of the pie it was sliced from was just as bad. Never ordering from them again .
