I went in based off the suggestion of a family member and was not disappointed at all. The crust was nice and not overly crispy. The sauce and cheese worked really well together giving a perfect, salty flavor to it that had me coming back for more.

Everything I ate & drank was good, we had just watched a community play MATT & CORY nearby and we stopped in with a party of eight. Service was fast, the fountain drinks were strong and good, and the atmosphere was calming. Check them out, I will return. P.S the salad was excellent and my extra thin crust combination pizza was excellent. Also I like the fact, that they have pre-made ready to go boxes, ready for you to grab.

This used to be our go to for great pizza. Tried again recently and was still disappointed. Ownership changed a couple of years ago I believe. The quality of ingredients and service tumbled. The price skyrocketed, that’s too bad, I would be willing to pay for great pizza a friendly service. But it’ll probably stay off our list for now on.

Pizza was mediocre at best, went in at 6:30 an he before closing, I could immediately tell by the look on the staffs face that they didn’t want to work anymore, I ordered a small meat lovers. Got my pizza in 15 minutes still plenty of time then the staff just started cleaning around me. Two of them sat in the booth right in front of me, one of them laying down with his feet in the air, another staff member was running around with AirPods in his ears don’t get me wrong. They were helpful when I needed it but they were not very attentive and as for the pizza over price for what you get.

This is my favorite pizza restaurant in the sun city and Sun City West area. The staff is super nice, the ingredients are fresh, and the pizzas are made quickly. They have a thin crust and a regular and super deep crust. I personally like the deep crust, it is chewy and wonderful. If you have never been here, I recommend trying them, for sure. They specialize in take out, also.

Ordered large pizza via phone @ 1630 hrs for 1700 hr (5PM) pickup. Arrived at 1650 hrs & paid @1655 hrs telling lady what I had ordered & when they had promised it. Was so ready for my hot fresh pizza! Watched pizza after pizza go into their rack near the counter. Thirty minutes after I arrived I asked where my fresh hot 5PM pizza was. Turned out it had been sitting in the stack. So pizza was not that hot when I got it to the house. To top it off a single brown hair was cooked into the cheese. This place clearly has “process” issues. If you order from them, follow up on its status regularly. They don’t. The hair was a deal breaker though. Despite others raving about this place, our first is also the last time we’ll use them.

I ordered a med Margarita pizza. It had very little basil it looked like freckles it had no slices of tomato. Instead of tomato, they added tomato sauce on top of pizza in shapes of slice tomato sauce. It was tasteless, no flavor whatsoever. I was very disappointed. I had better pizza at costco’s. Save your money go elsewhere.

Florencia’s is arguably THE best pizza in the far northwest valley. We first had pizza from here over 20 years ago, then recently moved back to Surprise and have been there 3x in as many months. You need to try their Caesar salad as well and it’s big enough to share between two people.

The food is delicious and that’s the only reason the we keep coming. We came in an hour before closing and we’re told that we had to order takeout, no dine in. Also, they told us that we weren’t doing soup, salad, sandwhiches nor wings. Then, the employees were extremely rude and acted like we were bothering them by existing. If you don’t want us there, and you don’t want to be open, just close. We will most likely not be back.
