Had a bad order with Florentines. Make sure you check your order with them before you leave the restaurant. I was on my way to work and didn’t check until I got to work. I was very disappointed in my order of chicken wings that were totally burnt and Florentines would not honor and replace them. Also had a photo of the chicken.

The personal service we received was above and beyond what we would ever expect! The server and bartender were very friendly and accommodating (and patient – we sat for 3 hours in a booth near the bar). The food we ordered was excellent and there was a lot of variety on the menu to choose from! The bar itself is very big with plenty of seating at the bar and all around it with lots of TV’s around. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun and the music was the perfect blend of upbeat music from all different genres that didn’t overpower. The bartender went out of her way to create a “new” drink to accommodate a request of ours (even though it was a Saturday night when it was busy)! She even took time to come out from behind the bar and over to our booth to chat with us about our “specialty” Martinis! Overall we were beyond satisfied, we will go back again and recommend to others, and its 5/5 stars from us!!!

I’m kinda of sad this was my favorite restaurant as a kid. Had the special gnocchi was super bland. Had about two bites and sent it back. Manager never came to visit. Still ended up paying for a gnocchi they ended up throwing out.

Came here for drinks. The first drink i got was so yum (believe it was some kind of peach sunset or something) and then my 2nd drink was a margarita lemonade thing that tasted like soap. I still drank it because it wasnt disguisting. I would probabpy return for drinks again, i just know what not to get.

Perfect pizza if you are a NY style pizza place… then you gotta bring it! Florentines yesterday made I’m not trying to exaggerate either, it was simply the perfect pizza . I’ve been reviewing pizzas around southwest Michigan and talk about a home run. Freshest ingredients, sweeter sauce which I prefer to the tangy variety. Fresh motz and cooked perfectly so that it’s a crispy flaky and I didn’t want it to run out. 9.4 out of 10.
