For the second time in 3 months, my husband and I walked out after sitting for 30 mins and no service. It was the friday night fish fry and 3 waitress were working, I believe. I asked 2 of them, who was servicing our table and both of them said “I am busy and I will find somebody” Three tables close to us AND who sat down after us, were waited on before us. We love the food but the service was extremely poor. Not happy! And BTW we were tired of waiting and walked out.

We were excited to return but when we arrived we stated we had reservations and had reserved the prime,, ribs. No one had noted the reservation so they quickly tried to find a table. Our waitress came over after 15minutes and asked what we wanted to drink, she did not bring menus or silverware. Returned with two drinks, then another wait for the other two. We ordered our entrees. Our salads and soup only came after we requested them after 20 minutes. Then she only brought the salads no soup. My husband had to get up and request his soup! Of course no one had silverware so we had to track her down and request silverware. Then the entrees came slowly, one by one… au jus was bland like it had been watered down and was cool. Requested horseradish sauce, they had none so requested horseradish. She came back with enough for one bite… then told us they ran out of that.

Great place to eat. It has indoor and outdoor seating and has a good variety of food to pick from along with pepsi products and the food is very good for the price i would come back here when I’m in the area for sure. And the waitress was really nice and polite.

Absolutely horrible. Sent my hamburger back 3 times. 1at it was raw and cold. 2nd time was still raw in the middle. 3 rd time was a hockey puck. Didn’t even eat it. Owner refuses to discount it. Waitress was sweet . . Not her fault. We won’t be back. Food has gone way downhill. Being that I am not allowed to respond to your response…..since it was YOUR mistake and I didn’t even eat it you could at least have discounted it. And no it was not medium well it was beyond well, burnt all the way around it even and bone dry. Poor service!
