THANK YOU FLO’S FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE TODAY! If we had not waited 45 minutes after putting our order in to see a table of 4 that came in 20 minutes after us get their food BEFORE US (because they “knew someone”) and then when we asked why, “oh yours is being cooked now it’ll be 10 minutes” (!!) , We would NOT have walked out and found our way to the most adorable cafe with incredible home made food, great prices and who appreciated us as customers even though they were also super busy, they put you to shame! Sincerely, former loyal customers.

This diner is so cozy, charming, and welcoming. I enjoyed a yummy Swiss bacon burger and my partner had a chicken parm sandwich with pasta salad. These meals were filling and scrumptious. The fries we split were crispy on the outside and soft and warm inside. The service is timely and friendly. We had gone once before months ago and our waitress remembered us and derails about it. That made us feel so at home there. Can’t wait to come back!

Order to go – total came to just under 50$ to get home (20 min away) to realize our order of eggs, bacon and toast were missing and and that one of our other meals wasn’t correct so then I called and let them know and they said we couldn’t be refunded unless we drove back with the card we paid with.. the girl then said “the manager might know another way she will be any minute, I’ll have her call you” so I left my number and no returned phone call attempted…

So on a weekend away I looked up nice diners in the area… this one seemed like a great fit. We went in got seated and then waited to get our order taken. Took a while. Then we order get our food. We weren’t offered a drink refill. We weren’t asked if everything was going well. We finished and waited a good 25 mins for our check. It was so uncomfortable that the other waitresses asked if we were waiting for a check. We said yes and they proceeded to seat people looking at us with the I don’t know what’s going on look. The food was terrible the waitress was awful thankfully I’ll probably never be in the Berkshires again to have to go tho this place. The owner whoever you are… your waitress was horrendous. Good thing about the Berkshires was the food in Lenox was dynamite. So that’s a plus.

The food was great. The staff was kind. But my omlette was $30. Just abazuc veggies omlette. Plus it was SUPER small. I added veggies. They took out eggs base price was $15. $2.50 per added veggie.. how is the base price so high and only comes with 2 eggs and cheese? Total rip off. Unforgivable.
