Friendly, welcoming staff, relaxed vibe, nice interior and exterior, prime location on the main strip overlooking the ocean. Food is scrumptious, portions generous, coffee is yummy. They are happy to accommodate food allergies. Nice restroom. Easy to find location in the historic town, easy parking.

Mendocino is a charming town. Pics show the restaurant signage. The restaurant is upstairs. Walk up the tower and ate out on the deck. A photo of the beach and local scenery included. Best crab cakes ever!! Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Would definitely go here again.

A restaurant located right next to the beach on the second floor of the building overlooking the coastal line and basking in sunset rays. The view is great but the food is on the mediocre side. Price is high portions are small except the fish and chips. All their food has good presentation but tastes quite bland. Some good options for gluten free dinners.

Pleasantly surprised! We were looking for a restaurant open on Monday night for dinner. Reviews were just ok, but we tried Flow anyway. Location and views are excellent! Beet salad, Indian peanut soup, taco truck tacos, and hamburger all great! Service very good, and the restaurant was full! Only complaint is that the restaurant was noisy, but they were packed. We recommend going here. I forgot to take more pictures.

Lovely view and setting. Service was ok. The food and beverage were disappointing. My cappuccino was not only lukewarm, but served in a cup where the coffee had spilled all over the sides. The strawberry beignets were good but had an overwhelming amount of chopped mint which detracted from the dessert. The mango creme brulee was interesting, but more mango flavor might have been nice. We would give it another try on our next visit.

Food tasted very bad. Possible because it was lunch time on July 2 (Sunday). Everything we ordered was not good. Mimosa had very little orange juice, Sweet Tooth very very bad, Fish and Chips were sad, pork tacos were mediocre, they gave our pescatarian friend the wrong soup (it had bacon in it), bean salad had no seasoning at all!

Wow, what a joy it was to go to Mendocino County and feast at the restaurants. Flow was really a wonderful experience. One of the best dirty martinis I’ve ever tasted. Every dish that came out was spectacular.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The prices at first scared me because they are high and that sets an expectation. However, the food, which was breakfast, was great. Very tasty. The eggs were amazingly well done. The portions were appropriate and plentiful. The views are incredible and if weather cooperates, it is very pleasant to seat outside with the sun hitting your face. Overall, great experience, but beware it is expensive.
