Flower Child is the place to go for a healthy quick meal. You order at the counter, and the food is brought to you quickly. There are so many things I want to try, but always stick to the broccoli and mac and cheese because it is so good. The broccoli is cooked with a tangy lemon sauce, and the mac and cheese is creamy, cheesy goodness. The salmon and shrimp were not dry and seasoned well. For the price, I do wish the portions were larger, but smaller portions are probably part of being healthier.

Flower Child is a fun healthy food spot that has delicious options. I had the Thai dye wrap which was delicious but I needed to add some hot sauce to spice it up. I also really liked the Mac and cheese and brocolli with parmesan. My partner had the chicken enchiladas, brown rice chicken soup and the baked salmon with Mac and cheese. She enjoyed everything but the soup had her returning the next day for more.
