Cold service, no smile, no f’s given. Pizza was not good, & missing toppings. Won’t go back here. Every other Flying pie is nicer! You guys need to find better servers without the attitude problem. (As soon as people get back to work I guess.) Attitude makes a huge difference in how the food is handled. Perhaps train your employees in customer care skills, so your customers don’t feel like their interrupting the servers day. I understand people have bad days, but you still have to put effort into your job. It goes a long way. You either have a real smile, check your work, make sure the customer has what they need, and tell them thanks for coming, vs a cold stare, here’s your pizza, now get gone makes a huge difference.

We are visiting Boise for work. Our boss could not wait to watch us suffer after eating the habanero pizza. Sadly for him we absolutely love spicy food. Let me tell you something, that pizza does not disappoint. We only got level 1. But man was it good. The service was great too.

Have loved Flying Pie for years. Glad to have one close to home at this new location. This is the fanciest FP I’ve been in. In the past I’ve had the same issue of having my pizza come out underdone & doughy like others. I’ve brought it up with staff & was told “that’s the way its supposed to be”… no its not.

We love this place. One of my kids hate Pizza so much. We usually order from big chains. So we ordered here with some great coupons to try it. She loved it. I have never had a bad experience at any Flying Pie. At every one Ive been to the employees go the extra mile to keep you coming back. The food is delicious. Very best selection of beers. I always enjoy my spent at Flying Pie. Now if only they would bring back the jalapeno popper pizza !
