First time at Flying Santo Taco. I have walked past it numerous times and this time stopped for lunch. Ordered 2 Chorizo Tacos and pulled pork quesadilla. They make the taco shells right there on the spot. Great flavor. I also loved one can get a real cocoa cola with cane sugar.

Time to level up your lunch! Some crazy good tacos are waiting for you in the Jones Seed Co! I thoroughly enjoyed both the steak and pork tacos and can’t wait to work my way through the rest of the menu. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately apparent as is the expert seasoning! You can smell the perfection the moment you enter the building! The tortillas are freshly made magic! Not to mention a variety of salsas to fit your palate. Flying Santo Taco Bar is the Goldilocks of tacos, just right!!

While meandering about DT Sioux Falls and decided to pop in to Flying Santo for some tacos, because who doesn’t love tacos. Anyways, tried out a trio of tacos, with Shrimp being extremely flavorful along with the other good tastes. I’d go back for the Shrimp alone, if I don’t venture into their burritos.

I was in a scramble for a catering event where a competing company didn’t provide enough food as planned. I was within walking distance of Flying Santo, so I asked them if they could accommodate 10 servings of food in a pinch (ASAP). Within 15 min I walked out with what I needed! The team was super friendly and understanding. I also found out that they do catering. I know where I will be going next time I need Mexican catering!
