I went twice on this place, first time my wife asked the server for a well done meat, he brought out a medium rare, when I told him it wasn’t well done, he gave me attitude and said I didn’t know what a well done meat look like.

I always go to this restaurant when I’m in cape today I had a bad experience with a barbecue man bad service with the customer very arrogance just because I asked him to cut the meat into small pieces then he said it was impossible because he was going to hold up the line from the buffet and was two person on the line and ask him myself is it dog that’s going to eat this meat than?!?! even the manager saw everything that was happening even defended his employee he says it was standard never seen Brazilian restaurant say this bad customer service…

Brazilian grille, but cheaper and less crowded. Food is preem. Service is fabulous. Whether you eat in, or get take-out. You’ll be pleased. Bear in mind most of the folks working don’t speak much English. The cashier does, though.

Terrible food, salty and unhealthy. I visited for thr first and last time the other night. I called the place up and spoke to the individual who weighs you out. At first he told me pricing is 9.99 for salad bar and 12.99 for barbecue. I get there, the person Manning the grill just forced on lots of over cooked meat and didn’t listen to what I wanted. So I check out and sure enough. The salad bar was 9.99/lb, the meat however was 19.99/lb. I am not sure why the manager lied to me, but I asked him about it. He apologized, regardless, the food was terrible, so salty and unhealthy. To pay more for a dive like this place than the actual Brazilian Grill is just really surprising. I will never go back.
