Growing up with the influence of Brazilian cuisine and tasting their flavors almost everyday makes me give a 7/10 score for the flavor. However, if you want a similar experience of the Brazilian cuisine, this is the place for you to go. They have a service like buffet for the Churrasco experience. There is a variety of fruits which I loved. They have an amazing service and all the waiters are very attentive. You’ll get a cocktail service passing through the tables which is super cool.

It was my first time there. Wow! Everything was perfect. From the cheesy bread to salad bar to all the meats and to finalize everything, dessert. Everything was delicious. The service was on point, and the atmosphere was lively. Great place to have a large family gathering. I must go back soon.

Great buffet. Good selection of meats and the salad bar is the best of any buffet I’ve been to. The meats are fire roasted and keep coming to your table as long as you have your green card showing. Picanha is my recommended meat to have.

Fogo de Chāo is a beautiful restaurant with great service and delicious food. My 23 year old son and I decided to go last Christmas Day for dinner at the bar because our original reservation elsewhere fell through. We didn’t have reservations but we could sit at the bar and order small plates. A waiter immediately appeared with a menu and brought us some bread. We ordered original and tasty alcoholic beverages at the bar. The drinks did not skimp on the proportion of alcohol. We ordered small plates a few at a time. The waiter checked on us frequently as did the bartenders who despite being very busy took the time to converse with us. I saw groups of people sitting at tables appearing to be enjoying their meals. Regular table service includes individual dishes, all you can eat buffet and an all you can eat meat cut from a larger portion served by waiters walking around ready to serve. Next time I’m in Pasadena I plan on going for a sit down meal. Just make sure you bring your appetite if you go.
