Lucked into this delightful Mexican experience. They accommodated our family of 9 splendidly. Everything we had was delicious. Nachos were probably my favorite. Great service, atmosphere, vibe. Wish every shot in the dark hit like this one. I see now they have a million reviews, so I guess it’s not exactly a secret, but we didn’t head there on a review, we were just walking around until we found something that was open.

Absolutely our Favorite Restaurant in Seattle. Sometimes it’s a little bit of a wait to get a table, but some how our 2 end bar seats are always waiting for us. Great Happy Hour! And always amazing service. We LOVE Y’all!

This is a fun atmosphere to enjoy a meal in. We stopped in per a recommendation, it did not disappoint. They offered their regular menu and a lunch menu. I had the strawberry margarita with their 1/2 size nachos and wow, the portion was more than plenty. Nachos were amazing!! Enfrijoladas and carne asada were on point as well, this was the first time I’d seen them offered at a restaurant. My daughter loves enfrijoladas when I make them so this was an easy choice, I know she loved them because she cleaned her plate. Definitely would come back. Thank you!!

Fogon Cocina Mexicana is a must-visit restaurant in Seattle. We’ve been here five times over the last year and have never been disappointed. The dishes here are bursting with fresh, spicy flavors and are not drowned in rice and beans. The restaurant’s freshly made tortillas are a standout feature. The portion sizes are just right, and there are plenty of vegetarian options available. Although the restaurant caters mainly to adults, our little ones enjoyed the food just as much. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, be sure to book ahead as the restaurant gets busy, and the wait times can be long. Parking can also be a challenge, as it’s paid street parking. Overall, Fogon Cocina Mexicana is a fantastic addition to Seattle’s dining scene and should be on your must-try list.

Went to this resturent for dinner. I tried the seafood option. The fish was not seasoned very well tested very bland inside. Also the overall food taste was below average. Also the sever food presentation was felt bit crowded. They got a decent place and good atmosphere. I would recommend on focusing on food tastes.

The food is out of this world good! We started out with the salsa trio($7) and it was worth every penny. They were so fresh and delicious! We were also surprised by a complimentary refried bean tostada for each of us. It was a perfect little amuse-bouche! We then enjoyed homemade corn tortillas along side the carne asada($20) and chicken fajitas($19). It was all cooked to perfection, and our taste buds were in awe. Oh yeah, the cucumber mojito($12) was spot on as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I would eat here again in a heartbeat!

We started with Beans tostada: crispy tostada, beans, feta cheese, cabbage. It was very well balanced, simple, and delicious.

Delicious chicken tacos! My chile relleno was a bit bland, I think the cheese they stuff it with could be a bit more salty, but that was literally my only complaint. Yummy rice and beans. They serve a cute little tostada as an appetizer, I loved that it wasn’t just chips and salsa like everywhere else. The location is cute too. Definitely coming back for those chicken tacos!

I didn’t even look at the regular menu because they have such a great happy hour! It’s every day from 3-6PM (and the place seems much pricier if you come during normal service). We got the sangria, mimosa (big glass for $5 on Sunday), quesadilla with chorizo y papa, ceviche, and 1/2 order of nachos all from the happy hour menu ($7 dishes). Complimentary chips and salsa were on the side. We thought these plates would be smaller, but they were actually pretty big and easily enough for a person each (so beware; they have a little fee for happy hour takeout boxes). The place was full on a Sunday afternoon at 3, and for good reason. We particularly loved the nachos and mimosa! They have other daily drink specials as well. The lunch server was very sweet. Will definitely be coming back to try everything!
