A little bit disorganized as far as service – it’s confusing to see where to order and people cut in line “accidentally” for that reason. However I got the gumbo + shrimp po’boy (all the fixings) and it was lovely. Why do most airport food places have sub-2 or sub-3 star ratings? If this spot can do it, idk how anyone else can mess it up (grumpy airport folks?) Anyways, I was overall very satisfied with Folse and happy I got to have a delicious last meal in New Orleans before I left.

This place is top notch. I live in Chicago, IL where different foods are very plentiful. The crawfish etouffee was fantastic. And then the green beans were outstanding.

Got the shrimp and grits, added a link of smoked sausage. Glad I added the sausage because it kicked it up just right. Definitely the best shrimp and grits I will ever get at an airport but New Orleans has much better to offer.
