The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was good and very clean. The wait was too long, 16 minutes for 2 oatmeal? And I was the only customer! It was explained they make it at the moment but 15 minutes??? Really? Then when I’m at the office ready to eat it was completely watery like hot milk with couple of grains…not fare at all!! I’ll not revisit, nor would I recommend it.

People think that when they come here they get empanadas freshly made when in fact he is buying box empanadas, you can tell by the texture of the empanada after is fried if it was handmade or from the box. That’s all I have to say.

I want to mention how excited we were to come into this place as I never been and the outside looks tasty with pictures of food and our flag. Now, egg sandwiches had egg shells in it. The coffee was horrible, parcha juice was to sweet. The empanada de carne had about 3 teaspoon of meet, unseasoned, and nothing else in it as little potatoes or green olive etc. This is not Typical for a restaurant that has the Puerto Rican flag plastered by the door. They should paint over it as it is embarrassing to our culture.. to say the least. Inside looked fine, wait was long for simple food. If they couldn’t get basics on lock, I don’t want to know about there actual food. I want to note we were really hungry (meaning anything is good at this point) and left the food now mom has a stomach ache ♀️I want to give it a 0 but I can’t.

The people on this place treat the customers very bad. Also they never let you use the bathroom, they always has the same excuse ” bathroom is damage”.

Food was delicious, great customer service, but it was not cool enough, a little too warm for me to enjoy my food, either AC temperture was set up high, or it wasn’t working properly

Food is very very good. I recommend the platanos locos. Its a tripleta style but with fried plantains. Their chicken salad was also very good. This is my fav spot for puertorican and dominican food. If you like conch def get the conch salad. It was delicious. Their mangu is good, they add garlic to the mangu , im used to no garlic in mangu but it was good. Their parcha drink was also very good. I try to order something different every time i go and so far everything they make tastes good. The place is small, behind a gas station, couple of tables . Its a little hard to hear them because of the glass and im short but besides that great place to order take out.
