I’m seriously disappointed! I reviewed this place two months ago because it was so delicious. I just got takeout for the second time ever and for four tacos and an order of plantains, I got two very small sauces to go with it. I had ordered and paid online and so when I asked for four more salsas, she told me it was $.25 each and I just didn’t have any money or credit card on me. Long story short I went to my car to pay because I do remember the salsa’s being very good. After leaving and being at a red light this is what I see for the salsa. It is not even 1/3 full! Let’s be honest, most Mexican restaurants have free salsa at the table, a salsa bar or refillable salsa. To pay for this is kind of ridiculous. Really disappointed. I haven’t even eaten it yet but this is just BAD business.

I just paid this ridiculous place $15 for chicken and salad for them to cheat me out on the salad…. I asked to remove the rice and beans and tortillas from my order and they don’t even have the courtesy to fill up more on the salad…. Starting from the cashier to the cook these adults have no common sense. It’s disrespectful for the owners to allow this, what’s hard about adding a bit more lettuce? It’s not like I’m not asking for extra chicken ! Never going back again ! Change your cashier’s, customer service is horrible here ! I did a take out order and my chicken even had a LONG !!!!! PIECE OF HAIR IN IT ! RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Then I called the store to get them to try to resolve the issue and the cashier literally hung up the phone on me of course when I called back they didn’t answer, this makes small LATIN owned businesses look bad to take your money and un resolve the issue.

REALLY good food!!! I was craving a quesadilla and came across this place and I definitely DID NOT regret it!! Ordered a empanada because it was a great price and it didn’t disappoint! Accidentally I didn’t mention on the burrito I ordered that I couldn’t have cheese on it (my man is lactose) I called them and they fixed the new one for me at no charge! Wonderful customer service and great food and great prices, we’ll be back!!

So I deleted my review talking about how good this place is. I eat here twice a week was always good till lately. The last three times have been flavorless and this last time the food smelled old and tasted just like it smelled old. Cheese dip is like water. Please fix whatever the problem is because thus is just disappointing.
