We’re new to Modesto and had a great experience here. The service was friendly and accommodating. We sat outside on the patio with our service dog, and they even brought her a water dish. The food was excellent, especially the pulled pork. The bread on the sandwiches was sheer perfection, fresh baked cookies amazing! I’m definitely going back soon to try all their microbrewed beers.

I fell in love with this place with just one bite. I ordered their famous Porkstrami sandwich and holy cow!!! It was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. It was flavorful, juicy, tender and just checked all the boxes. The place is clean, laid back and was very enjoyable to be in. The staff was happy and friendly which is a rarity these days. They had a nice selection of craft beers as well as homemade desserts. The only problem I found with this place is that they are not down the street from my house. I’d go back daily if I could!

I just happened upon this hole in the wall restaurant while on recess from jury duty. The prices seemed high to me at first but then I realized almost everything was artisanal, and the portions very generous. I am very glad I decided to try it!! Hands down some of the best food I have had in Modesto and the craftsmanship that goes into every component is admirable. The #16 tap fruited sour was one of the best beers I have ever had. I had the peppered sandwich at recommendation and it was so good! I will definitely be coming back and bringing anyone that I can with me

We visited on. Thursday afternoon around d 2pm. It was not busy at all. We got our food and drinks super quickly. Good variety of beers on tap. I got the cranberry cider, and it was great. We ordered sandwiches all around. Food was excellent. So good. The jalapeno mac and cheese was just right. We also got the Filthy fries. Also excellent. Definitely coming back. Service was also great, friendly and fast.

Overall, looks like a decent place to relax and have a sandwich. They offer craft beers and customer service is good. There’s a lot of space, and is very roomy and open. It appears that they have a lot of open space in their front refrigerated space, so I’m not sure what they intend to accomplish. I ordered the Wardens Western and it is phenomenal! The BBQ sauce is so tasty! When I ordered, I asked the wait time and was told “no longer than 10 minutes”. There was approximately 5 people who ordered before me. It took 15 minutes, which I found to be pretty impressive that they were able to push food out that quick. My piece of advice is to go before 1145 am otherwise you will have a little longer wait. They currently have no phone line to accept preorders.

This place had a nice atmosphere very expensive sandwiches $19 for one sandwich. My son ordered they’re Italian special. They put it together in such a way that he couldn’t even eat it he tried to pick it up to eat it and it everything fell out. Highly disappointing do not recommend

Overpriced deli food. If quality or quantity was higher, then maybe… But there are dozens of local places to choose from. Almost everything starts at $20, then add a bottle of water or a can of soda. Don’t forget the 3% fee for not using cash. 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks was $45, with this being my 1st and last time here. Good for those that have money to waste, not for me.
