I had a good time. The staff was friendly and greeted me quickly once I figured out where to go. They have several registers but only two were running this afternoon. I wanted a good sandwich which was the Turkey Chow Chow. They lady behind the counter assembled the sandwich and heated in the salamander. There is one distinction i would like to make. They have both a kitchen and a store. In the store you can get grab and go sandwiches, salads, or snacks. This where the pre-made sandwiches are that I think others have had a bad experience with. They wild have received 5 stars except you could see where they didn’t clean behind items in the kitchen. See pictures below.

I went for breakfast and ordered the eggs white and spinach wrap. The staff was very friendly and the food came up pretty fast. I have mixed feeling about the food. The part I didn’t like was the spinach. It tasted like mushy frozen spinach. Very unpleasant and took away from all the other flavors which was too bad because I thought everything else tasted fine. There was a lot if cheese, there eggs where a sheet but tasted fine and he roasted belll peppers were also tasty. Whole wheat wraps can be dry but this one was tender and pleasant. They did over grill it and one side was a little hard.

Worst ever. Had the signature breakfast sandwich with bacon. It was irradiated (microwaved) to the point that it was inedible. Bread turned hard. Had to part the sandwich out and eat only the bacon. Thought I would have gotten a gourmet sandwich, considering the Food Network branding, but had had better at McD’s. Only get one star because the service was adequate.

Don’t waste your time here. Omelet takes 25 minutes. Can’t operate on at a major airport like this.

Scam alert… picture shown on the screen is not what you get. I order the oatmeal was shown with fresh apricot and sugar… just got a cardbox oatmeal with hot water and been told he wait 2.5 min before opening… go somewhere else.

If you’re a fan of pre-packaged, reheated foods, this is the place for you. Otherwise, skip it and eat anywhere else. It’s overpriced, and riding on the coattails of the Food Network’s name. Frankly, it’s an embarrassment to the network. We’re foodies, and we didn’t even bother to finish our food.

Has really gone downhill the last couple years. Used to be a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat. Now it’s an overpriced place to get reheated food that will make you ill. I won’t be dining here again.

The rudest staff in the entire airport. Very overpriced for food that is reheated. The staff makes ordering almost unbearable and shouts in the process.

Service seemed a little slow. Food was prepared and then warmed. Spirits selection is not bad for an airport.
