Our desire to create amazing dishes to feed our family and community led us to a pop-up adventure in 2021. We learned so much that it gave us a taste for excellence and led us to realize we had the recipe to finally get to do what we love most. oooo…wow..super yum salmon omelette hit the spot today. If this food cart was in a larger metropolitan area they would have a huge line. It’s one of those places. Excellent quality. I wish my schedule had me in town during breakfast hours more often.

The owners were very very friendly and made us wonderful biscuits and gravy! There’s plenty of outdoor seating, which is convenient for us since we stopped by while walking our dog.

I’ve known these two for a long time, so it came as no surprise when they opened up a food truck! I stopped by today to grab breakfast for myself, my boyfriend and stepson. The boys had the biscuits and gravy and they both absolutely loved it! I had the french toast and it was soooo good!! I never would have thought to encrust french toast with bacon and that idea is genious! We got the marionberry spritzer and hibiscus lemonade for drinks. I enjoy hibiscus anything so I thought it was yummy and the toddler said the spritzer tasted like strawberry, so that was a definite win lol. Being parked at the farmers market is perfect because I was able to kill time while I waited by doing some shopping in the farmers market.
