Idk about that ONE negative comment was all about BUT one thing is for sure YOU can FORCHETTABOUDDIT!!! The service and food was absolutely ONOLICIOUS Sandra our waitress was FANTASTIC. Such a delight little spot in Encinitas. The pizza by the slice approach means I got to taste 3 different slices. The bolognese (aka lasagna) slice was my favorite for sure but they were all delicious. Excellent wines by the glass versus the usual bland cougar-juice offered by many socal places. This eatery, with its casual charm and full flavor food is the real deal. I’ll for sure be going back.

Walked in while having my car repaired near by. Ordered 12 inch any pizza lunch special that came with a pint of beer and they were gracious enough to sub with a preseco for me. Great NY style pizza at a very fair price and great service. Will be back to try something new.

So sorry to say, we walked out after receiving our appetizer. Fried mozzarella at this place is literally like a 1/3lb block of cheese deep fried in old oil that made even my 6 year old want to go eat somewhere else. Please don’t waste your money, the other reviews that are positive are incorrect.

We ordered takeout for dinner on 3/30/2023. We ordered a cheese pizza and a meatball sub. We got home and realized that the sub we received was not a meatball sub but a caprese sub. The pizza wasn’t the best, nor really the worst I’ve ever had; to their credit it was cheesy, perhaps too much so, I wouldn’t order it again. At $44 I found it exorbitantly expensive for the quality, as much as I would like to give them another shot (I’m big on second chances), for the cost, I think I’ll pass this time.
