Food was good and definitely worth a try. Personally I felt that each dish was warm to cool to the touch. I’d like it to be a little hotter when it first comes out. The cornbread was presented well, but not even warm. The butter was amazing though and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor. The appetizer we chose was the stuffed shrimp which was the highlight of the trip and did come out hot. The blackened catfish has a tasty bark but the dish itself was cooler than I prefer. Service was excellent and I’d definitely give it another shot.

Absolutely wonderful spot! Everything we ate was delicious. Nicely cooked & well seasoned meats. The ribs were flavorful with a balanced BBQ sauce. The small cornbread & whipped butter at the start was a nice touch – it almost had a bit of a faint citric taste. Would visit again!

I love this restaurant! The service was wonderful, friendly and accommodating to our huge group. The food was fresh, local and superb. Know that it’s all made from scratch. I ordered deviled eggs in 3 different ways and chicken+ waffles, which did not disappoint! I didn’t capture a picture of it because I ate it up and I wanted to eat more. So tasty! (Even the leftovers the next day were great.) Also, I did capture a picture of my friend’s cornbread with freshly made butter. She said it was also delicious. I literally wanted to order everything off the menu. Their prices are comparable to other establishments in the area. I highly recommend eating at Forge and look forward to going back.

Dinner and service were top notch ! From start to finish we had an amazing meal all locally sourced. Everything was prepared to perfection and served promptly. Our server Payton was superb! Payton’s signature Watermelon Hibiscus cocktail was the perfect starter for the evening.

Amazing place with creative and delicious dishes. Love the seasonal menus and that there’s always something new to try. You can’t go wrong with the chicken and waffles but last night we were absolutely amazed with the new pork belly appetizer. Love coming here when my family visits or for special occasions. The food is not only delicious but you can tell it’s a labor of love and creativity

Truly establishment where you will find everything is made from scratch. From the ranch dressing to the cocktails that are served in the house. The dining experience and plating is a joy to experience. All meals are carefully thought out to provide a unique take on traditional sides.

A group of 22 ladies (My self included) came from a women’s retreat on our way back home to Philly and were rejected by a previous restaurant and came to Fordge hoping they would take us they certainly did. They immediately made space for us. The food was amazing and surprisingly affordable. The staff was very catering to us all. And things came out in a timely fashion. Durrell and his team were great. I highly recommend this restaurant. And leave a nice tip because they deserve it.

What an excellent first time dining experience at Forge. Immediately greated and seated. Our waitress was superb, she was on point and friendly. We started with the caprese, light and refreshing. Our cocktails were also refreshing and tasty. Hubby enjoyed the forged in smoke apple pie. I kicked back with the elder goose and twilight crush. Now for the main course.. my cowboy 18oz ribeye (I shall suggest they introduce a 20oz cowgirl ribeye on their menu).. it was cooked perfectly, tender and delicious. The brussel sprouts.. nom nom.. crisp, fresh doused in amazing flavors and the potatoes were tasty as well. My only regret is, I left no room for dessert. My hubby had the herb crusted lamb, he was pleasantly surprised with the large portion paired with the quality and flavor. He was very pleased with his dish. We were both skeptical, as we had our little one with us, and the dinning area is large and open. However, I believe we arrived early enough to beat the dinner crowd. There were plenty of other families dining as well, so it is definitely family friendly. We left very happy with our experience with our bellies full and satisfied. We are already looking forward to returning.
