We have been here a couple of times and the experience is just wonderful. The interior is beautiful and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The fine dining side is pricey but the food has always been well worth the cost. The menu itself is seasonal and locally sourced. The bar side is a bit more manageable and all of the options on the cocktail menu are delicious. Will definitely eat here in the future.

Went there 2 weekends ago for some lobster, charcuterie and deserts. What a meal! Locally used products in a farm-to-table type meal was absolutely delicious! Will be back again and again.

This restaurant is conveniently located in downtown Hudson Falls, NY. The restaurant is broken into two areas with two different menus – the bar and the main dining room. The main dining room offers a more formal setting and the bar (which allows you to order from either the bar or main dining room menu) is more casual. The menu is well curated featuing items that are created from ingredients from local farms, cheese producers, etc. Both menus offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. They also have some items which are ever-changing like the tacos, farm salad, and pizza. While they do not serve hard liquor they have a craft beer and wine menu, as well as a small wine cocktail menu. The cost and level of menu diversity are not typical to Hudson Falls, so it offers a unique dining experience in town.

My husband booked the KT Table for my birthday. The experience was very personal and exclusive. The chef created a delicious seasonal meal with fresh ingredients. We had several cocktails that were all very good, I recommend the sangria verde. The Forged team is delivering 4 star food and experience at a very reasonable price. Thank you for bringing farm-to-table meals to Hudson Falls!

One wouldn’t expect to find a restaurant like this in small town Hudson Falls. The food was incredible, every element was well thought out and well executed. I had the pork belly sandwich, it was to die for. Even the fries were amazing!

[forged] is my favorite restaurant. I have never been to Blue Hill Farm, nor flown to Paris, but this incredibly special restaurant makes those places seem closer to home. Neighborly, friendly, cheerful, respectful, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Unbelievably delicious and creative food, made from local and traditional ingredients. A quiet, family friendly place which is also wonderful for date night. The music played is always great. My appreciation for [forged] and their mission simply cannot be over-stated. I hope that all local foodies will try the menu soon, and return to sample the next new menu item which is guaranteed to delight and inspire.

If you commute everyday through Hudson falls, this is one of the best places to stop for a nice meal on the way home. Food was amazing, and mostly if not all farm fresh. Atmosphere is also beyond great (some would say it beyond stuff in Saratoga). Also, having a split fine dining and bar area menu is great if you want to change your experience and price range. Go here once to try it, it is worth the trip.

A gem in the area. Went in on a Saturday night. We got home made bread, bacon wrapped dates, seafood risotto, and braised beef with polenta. Drinks were tasty. Ate myself into a food coma, everything was so flavorful. Will be back.
