Whenever I am traveling, I use Google maps to find great places to eat on the road. The Forked River Diner is now an official favorite. It’s close to home, but definitely worth a stop when I can make it work. This place was wonderful. A truly authentic Jersey diner, great service, amazing Cheeseburger Omelette, oh my gosh how did I not know until today that that was even a thing? Incredibly low prices, easy parking, what else do you need? Five stars, definitely recommend!

The best porkroll sandwich I’ve ever had so far. Huge serving, not too salty and you get 5 generous slices of pork roll. The staff was nice. The place clean and still the original dinner car. I will definitely come back for more. Cash only so make sure you bring change if you don’t want to use the ATM on site that charges a fee. Plenty of parking and by the main drag.

Classic American diner fair, complete with counter service. They charge a fair price for egg, toast and breakfast potatoes. Under 30 for 2 breakfasts, coffees and 20 percent tip. Great little local place.

Nice friendly diner. Serve a great breakfast. Cash only. Nice menu. Plenty of parking. Easy access Route 9 North, (Main St). Booths and counter. Great Eggs Benedict with home fries and coffee. Breakfast and lunch.

Food was phenomenal, they have the best pork roll egg and cheese sandwich I have ever had, and a plus is that they had Tabasco sauce, definitely my favorite place to eat in forked River, the waitress was very kind as well, 1000/10
