Definitely great people managing the place. The owner obviously cares about his customers and delivers good food paired with outstanding service. Is it the best Mediterranean/Lebanese food I’ve ever had? Probably not, but they have a good starting point by using fresh and quality ingredients. The offerings just need a little bump in flavor (looking at you, shawarma).

Family-run business, where the Family does everything from the prep, cooking, and register. Everything is amazing and fresh. The spices are curated by the owner and the olive oil is from their estate in Lebanon, which it’s an experience in it’s own.

I used Forks Mediterranean deli to cater a small party and it was great! We had a dip platter and also a lot of falafel. The presentation was beautiful and everything tasted delicious. Plus it looks like a family owned business and everything was done with care. I’m excited to go back for dining.
