Planning a wedding venue here for August and was able to work out the details over lunch. Food was great and Zita was personable and accommodating. We’re excited for the upcoming wedding in August

I haven’t been to this place for a long time but since we are around the area I thought a buffet would be nice on Saturday.

My family has had many celebrations here. From birthdays, debuts and most recently a funeral reception. Rita and the staff here have been nothing but wonderful!! They opened their venue hall on a Tuesday, when they’re usually closed, for my family and accommodated our many extra guest. We originally booked their hall for an expected guest list of 130, we ended up having close to 180 guest. They were very accommodating and we were more than happy to pay for the unexpected additions.

We had a large party of 12 to celebrate my brother’s visit. He lives in Texas, where it’s hard to find good Filipino food. We chose Fort McKinley to accommodate relatives who live nearby. We ordered his favorites, which he really enjoyed. On certain days, it offers a lunch buffet.

The food was great! If I had a complaint it would be that though I wanted to run through the entire cocktail menu for a friend’s birthday, we could only order about half since they lacked the ingredients for them, on a Saturday! Bar manager needs to be more on it than that. Also, don’t offer drinks you can’t make. I’d rather have a small selection than a large one that I can’t get half of. Service and food was top notch though.

This place is fantastic! I really wish more non-Filipinos would try traditional Filipino food, especially when it tastes this darn great. On top of how delicious the food is, the staff and servers are wonderful, both friendly and prompt, and the restaurant itself has a very nice ambiance, tastefully decorated, with typical Filipino music (e.g. covers of famous songs sung by pitch perfect Filipino artists) playing in the background. One of the surprise highlights for me was dessert; their fried suman with ube and mango sauce was unique and super tasty. Highly recommended!

Nice gem hidden between San Bruno and South San Francisco on El Camino Real. As a local, I know this place as a good place for Filipino food (especially for take outs). All that aside, it is overall a worthwhile place to go for dinner to enjoy an ambient atmosphere in their restaurant, or a go-to place to watch a game at the bar with alcoholic, which is thankfully separated from the eating area. The place also has a large venue in the back for events or reservation for parties, etc. They have a parking lot, and it does get full, but there are plenty available on the street or the parking lot across. Go for their Crispy Binagoongan and Bangus Sisig, we always order this for take out or for our own parties. Everything else is good standard Filipino food.

Menu choices are garbage not worth the price. Pork lechon too hard and had a bad smell on it. Pancit was watery and all menu items look like they’re leftovers. Calamari was too chewy and rubbery. VERY DISAPPOINTED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
