Fast inexpensive authentic and easy. That’s how I would discribe their food. They are open till pretty late and the pickup person is always good when it comes to taking your order. I would recommend their shrimp and broccoli as well as their vegi fried dumpling.

Disgusting the way they treat a customer who has been going here for years. Called up and ordered food 30 min before closing. Asked if it was still ok for a delivery. The woman asked someone and said it was. Took order. Charged me. 1110pm. Get a call saying there is no one there to cook my food. I said I had been waiting for a while and ordered 30 min ago. Guy said well Noone is here, and they are closed.”” I said you charged me. They said it was removed. It hasn’t. I am still charged. Asked to speak to the manager, he said, “Hold on.” After 2 min of being on hold, I was hung up on.

Refused to let me pick up my Uber Eats order with the receipt on my phone. Claimed that I needed an order number. I got Uber support on the phone to give them the order number live on the phone. Still did not give me my food.

Wow! I paid for my food gave a tip and closed my door and would you believe The delivery driver knocked AGAIN on my door and pounded on my door for a tip? How unprofessional! I will not order again, and I was a customer for 6+ years. so sad. Great food but I can’t be getting harassed.

No stars if that was possible! Terrible customer service. I ordered online and got two combos. I asked for soup, and it gave me an option to add a soda for 25 cents. So I did that. But I didn’t get soup. When I called to explain the lady was VERY RUDE. I would never order again from here because why give a customer an option to do something, charge us, then not give us what was paid for? I don’t understand. And I started the phone off very politely but I was being screamed at. Bad experience. And I am very upset because I actually enjoyed their food.
