We have ordered take-out from Fortune Cookie many times. Today was the first time we came in to dine in. It was wonderful. Our server was attentive, there were a variety of choices, and the lunch menu was not only a great deal, but it also provided a generous serving of food that included a soup or salad appetizer. We have fallen in love with Fortune Cookie all over again.

We ordered a variety of menu items. Portion size was good. We had the Pad thai, lacked flavor and somewhat dry. Chow mein had a TON of cornstarchy goo. Egg drop soup was more corn starch goo with egg, no flavor. Sushi was pretty good, again lacked flavor but ok. Shrimp veggie entree, more cornstarch goo. All veggies in our meals were cooked perfectly. Overall the food was mediocre at best. We are not picky people at all. Just wanted to make others aware of our experience.

I came in and ordered take out, and I was hoping for a great experience but that was not the case both persons in my party ordered egg foo young and hers was partially doughy, my was extra well done. I ordered the wor wonton soup and the wontons wre extremely soggy. That left a horrible texture feeling in my mouth. For the amount paid (almost 80) I expect the food to be SO MUCH BETTER. Very disappointed, this will be our last and only time there. No thank you. The even forgot items in the order. But we live down in Utah county so turning back was not an option.
