French onion soup was really salty. I got the chicken sandwich was unnecessarily huge I could only take 2 bites. It was cold. Uncomfortable seating, dark and the whole vibe was off. They did have good fries though.

Huge portions. Everything I have had has been delicious. This time I tried the corn chowder with chorizo which was excellent and I would get it again if only for the corn fritters served on a skewer suspended over the bowl. The salads are always excellent, and we usually share one for lunch they are so large.

We arrived at 1:41pm. The waitress brought us waters and took our appetizer order. We received our app at 2:13. We ordered the medium wings, those were delicious. We ordered our entrees fish tacos(only available on Fridays), French onion soup and PB and J burger. The PB and J burger was raw(see picture). The service was slow. We sat near the kitchen and could see the cook sitting on the counter near the prep station, employees vaping in the back, as well as other employees sitting in the back talking. We let the waitress know about our raw food. We’re not from here but it won’t be on our list to come back either. Service was very slow. We headed out at 3:11pm. Yes, I wrote this whole sitting in the restaurant.

I think about the vegan hoagie Forty Thieves’s excellent kitchen dreamed up way too much but let’s start from the beginning. We came for lunch the day before the blizzard hit and the restaurant was packed. Yet our gem of a server, the aforementioned kitchen, and the manager of the restaurant who swung by our table to ask “would you mind if we added vegan mayo, vegan cheese and sautéed portobello mushrooms to your order?” all went a million miles out of their way to transform the makeshift “steak” hoagie (hold the steak) I ordered into two- yes two!- properly gooey, stick-to-your-ribs vegetable “hoagies” loaded with caramelized onions , grilled peppers and sautéed mushrooms on toasty, chewy gluten-free rolls brushed with olive oil. My order came with French fries and they were piping-hot, crispy, and nice and salty. Pictures say a thousand words in this instance so I’ll end here.

This place had arguably some of the best wings in buffalo. The last few times though the wings have been lacking, really oily and not saucy, makes me wonder if they changed cooks or something. Other than that the place is great but just wish the wings were how they used to be.

Came to FT for lunch during peak time. We were seated right away. Service was outstanding! Our waitress was great making sure we (and the other tables) had everything we needed. There were two guys, one most likely the manager, that checked to make sure that all was good as well. The menu was varied, the food was delicious, and the place looked great. We’ll definitely be back.

Huge portions and reasonable prices. Love the atmosphere. Got chicken nachos to share that would have been enough as a whole meal for two that’s how big it was..also ordered a chicken sandwich. The few bites i had were delicious. Too stuffed to even attempt finishing half of that sandwich.
