Got a whole BBQ chicken and large slaw. The chicken could not have been better…PERFECT! The slaw was not as “mayo based” as I like so I added some at home and it was really good. Been eating here for over 40 years. Better than any other BBQ in Dickson, in my opinion.

First time trying this place and it doesn’t disappoint. Had the pork sandwich and baked beans. Pork was very tasty!! I absolutely loved the baked beans. Staff was friendly and fast. Love the fact that you can get a whiff of the smoke as you roll a way.

This place was okay. Got a bbq chicken sandwich. My sandwich had a lot of meat bones in it. Every time I took a bite and bit a bone. Not what I want in a sandwich. Not worth a second trip back if they do that every time. I don’t wanna pay for a bone sandwich. Took me longer to take out the bones then it would have just to eat it…

Good food for the most part (the barbeque) but the guy who took our order wasn’t the nicest. Felt like it was just too big a deal for me to ask to see the pies. He didn’t want to take time to pick up a pie & so I could see them. As well when I asked for no sauce on the sandwiches because I didn’t realize it comes on there. Just wasn’t a good experience. The man was just not very nice nor friendly!!

My grandfather used to take me to this place when I was a teen. Then, as an adult I actually worked and lived in Dickson for a few years. The place never changed a bit and the BBQ is among the best I’ve ever eaten. There’s no indoor seating, just the same picnic tables that were there forty years ago. But OMG, the pulled pork sets all standards in my opinion.
