Great service, and food! This place was recommended to me by someone who’s lived in the area for quite sometime- this place brought back memories of their childhood and teenage years. From what I have understood it preserves the essence of its original atmosphere from the 1940s. The service was great, the girl that took my order was very nice and welcoming. I got the fish and chips and was happily surprised by how delicious they were, especially with the tartar sauce. Will be coming back for ice cream soon! Great place

The last time I went here a few years ago it was awful but this time it was absolutely amazing. I am pretty sure that there must be a new owner because the service was great and the food was fresh. I got corn burritos which were PERFECTION. They had what I think was a tomato based sauce that was tasty and a generous amount of cheese. I also got a really good peach shake with bits of real peach.

Waited awhile for the food. Fries were over cooked w/ no season. The chicken strips were over cooked & hard. The cheeseburger had a small hamburger patty that you couldn’t really see unless you looked inside the bun w/ chèese. The refried bean burrito was gross. The restaurant was dirty. The restrooms & inside of the restaurant is closed to the public. $50 for a meal that wasn’t good.

No public restroom for the restaurant huge disappointment I don’t see how you can serve food and not offer a restroom to the public seems ridiculous, last time I will get off the bus to buy an overpriced malt to not be able to use the bathroom
