If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Four Flamings was hands down one of the best meals of my life! My dinner companions said this meal changed their outlook on what food could be — a truly stunning experience. From the moment we sat, Fahoud, our server was on point. Great personality, fabulous recommendations, and highly knowledgeable. Kyle, the manager, stopped by several times to ensure our experience was going well. From cocktails to dessert, everything had depth of flavor and each bite gave you more. We started with the pork belly and broccolini, both fantastic. Then moved on to the seafood stew, red snapper piccata, and crab raviolo. They ended our evening with a stunning array of all of the desserts and even though we were stuffed, we had to try them all (and were not disappointed)! This is the place to go if you’re looking for a memorable, delicious evening.

I highly recommend Four Flamingos! I started with the bread and butter, pork belly and crab cakes and my goodness was I super satisfied. For my entree I had the swordfish, which cut with a spoon like butter. Everything was super well prepared and the server was very attentive and recommended nearly everything we had, and was spot on!

The tuna tostada with passion fruit yolk was delish! Flounder piccata with sea beans… where else have you seen sea beans on a menu?? Delicious, slightly salty, crunch of a vegetable that makes you keep coming back for more. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Orlando area.

I was looking forward to eating here, but was disappointed with my meal. The chicken was so overcooked that it was inedible. My husband ordered the swordfish, and it too was overcooked, but the flavors were good. The crabcakes and sauce were delicious. The old fashions were good, and the espresso martini was ok. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. I was just disappointed in how our food was cooked.

We had an extra day in Orlando after our friend’s left, and my wife is huge cooking show fan, so we couldn’t pass up a Richard Blaise restaurant! Four Flamingos truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the dining experience was exceptional, and I hope to have the chance to return some day.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency – Grand Cypress recently and was excited to try out this restaurant from the infamous Richard Blaise! I’d give my overall experience an 8/10. Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait 30+ min to be seated. Also had to go up to the hostess stand to even check how much longer it would be till we would be seated in the first place. Anyhow, once we were seated, everything went swimmingly. The service was great. The food was ok. We had the oxtail & foie gras empanada w/mango chutney, grilled half lobster, mojo chicken, coconut rice and black beans. Key lime pie for dessert and a “Rum Burner” to drink (fun presentation).

The food was fabulous! The staff amazing! We had dinner reservations for 7:15pm.. seated promptly at 7:15pm. The only negative and this needs addressing… the noise… and that’s a design flaw in the building. There is nothing to absorb noise. We moved once due to large party in the area we were seated. Even our waiter had to shout at us to take drink orders… he did move us to another area, but the sound was just as bad. And it didn’t help that “Drunk Karen” was shouting for the waiter’s attention.. only to ask about more wine! We thought it would be a fine dining experience.. but sadly.. we got dessert to go and left quickly. Again .. food was amazing and a wonderful staff.

This restaurant was phenomenal!!! We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. For starters, our server, Fouad, was excellent. He checked on us and informed us of all of the specials. He was very personable and they also gave us the entire dining area so we could have privacy. We ordered steak with the family style sides (yucca, broccolini, coconut steamed rice, & black beans). All of it was delicious!!! Their pastry team worked to create a special dessert based on our preferences and palate. We even spoke with the manager, Kyle, and the excellent chef, Shelby. They cared about impressing us as guests but helping us celebrate our new marriage too. We even slow danced while we waited for our food. It was romantic and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to our friends & family.

Really had high expectations for this place given the chef and that it replaced Hemingways that was pretty good that we’ve gone a couple times a year when it was there.

Everything was so awesome. Each dish packed so much flavor. The open kitchen allows you to see how beautiful the plates come out. We got to meet the chef also, really cool night and I recommend it to anyone in Orlando area to put it at the top of their dining lists.
