The food we had last night at this place was heavenly. The ambience is amazing and staff is very friendly. It is an Indian restaurant but not like any other regular Indian restaurants. They have different creations and has the best taste. Their way of playing the food is intriguing. Their menu is very different and makes you eager to have it. It’s a must go restaurant.

I heard about this place opening up and a lot of people raved about its food. So, I tried booking a reservation. They were booked but they kindly pulled some things together and got me in! Let me just start with: the food was some of the best food I’ve had at a restaurant. I ordered the food and it was a very quick service even with a full house. Our waiter was wonderful. He helped us narrow down our choices. The chicken tikka was deliciously tender, like pull apart tender. It was the best chicken tikka I’ve ever had. That extra lime squeeze at the top was *chef’s kiss* 9/10 We had the samosas as an appetizer. They were fairly small but they were CRISPY and SOFT on the inside. Now, for my favorite dish: the butter chicken. I literally cannot express how amazing the sauce is and how tender the chicken was. I recommend ordering the garlic naan with the butter chicken though it comes with a side order of rice because you definitely want to scoop up all that yummy sauce. 10/10 Highly recommend. You’ll want to take the sauce home! Overall, the food was delicious. The restaurant is on the smaller side so just be aware that on a busy night it can get a little noisy. If you’re on a budget I would recommend making this restaurant a twice a month type of visit. It can get expensive but if you don’t really mind paying close to $100 for an amazing dinner for two then you’re good! Either way this place is one of the best restaurants in NJ right now. I’ll be coming back!

Wow we loved it Looks like a upscale restaurant in a cozy small place. Very neat presentation. Totally a different menu from a routine Indian item.creamy chicken appetizer tasted good thought it will be creamy but out of the world . Please be sure to make a reservation online before arrival . Will definitely visit soon.Enjoyed munching crispy Okra .

Came in for dinner on a Friday night at 6:30 with one other person and was immediately seated as we had a reservation. The first thing I noticed was how cold it was in the restaurant, the AC was blowing on my neck the whole dinner. It was also very loud and it seemed like they could benefit from some sound deadening because the place is so small. The service was mediocre at best, once they brought out our food they never came to check in. The food tasted pretty basic, however I did appreciate some of the extra touches they threw in when plating the dishes. When the bill finally came out we noticed that an automatic gratuity of 18% had been added even though it said on the menu that the 18% gratuity would only be charged for parties of 4 or more. Even though we intended to leave a tip this was just frustrating to see. I hope they are able to iron some of these issues out but for now I will not be returning.

I had an incredible experience at Four Monkeys Indian Bistro, hands down the best Indian Restaurant in New Jersey. From start to finish, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the variety of vegetarian options on the menu – everything was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a nice dinner out, and I can’t wait to come back soon. Highly recommend this restaurant – 5 stars!

Wow!! From the charming and inviting atmosphere to the presentation of the food, it was an incredible experience. There was so much attention to all the details. It’s a great spot for date night. I’d highly recommend this place, especially for vegans!! I was impressed to see multiple vegan options in appetizers, classic dishes, and their exclusive main courses (try the Crispy Okra Salad!!)
