If I could give zero stars for this experience I would. We waited for 13 minutes at the table in the back that is directly across from the soda dispenser and nobody even acknowledged our existence. Two waitresses kept walking past us and didn’t even speak. They immediately assisted another couple that came in after us. Three other tables of customers asked us if we had been assisted. So if other customers noticed why didn’t the waitresses. One waitress made her own drink during this phiasco. We will not be returning.

Stooped in around lunch time while running errands. They use instant potatoes,Chicken kinda tasteless, onion rings were soggy, hush puppies a bit over cooked. Fry’s were okay. Dining room old and not very clean.

Arrived on Sunday at noon and we were looking for a Silver Spoon. A place that served breakfast all day and offered silverware but not a chain restaurant. No Menus although the Menu says that they do breakfast and lunch till 2pm. I know this doesn’t make sense but it’s true. One waitress said they cook hot dogs on Sunday the other said they did not. When they brought out hot dogs they only brought us one plate for us to share.

Don’t waste your time!! 6 miles off of 40. Waited almost an hour just to watch the very newest customer get his food before us. We never got our food. We paid for our drinks and left. Waitress tried to say that everyone come in at once, most of the customers that were there when we got there had left, we had our drinks and nothing else. It doesn’t take an hour to cook the hashbrowns which is what we were told takes so long to cook. Old place, we cleaned off our own table when we got there. A little busy, we get it. Maybe they need more help. Will not return which I’m sure they will be happy to hear.

The food was good and service was friendly. The simple breakfast food took about 40 min. The two waitresses covering the whole place were quite busy and we refilled our own coffee. So, plan for long wait times and you are golden.
