The prices at Four Seasons are unfathomable. The delivery prices are even worse. The food is not great and they do so many deliveries that when it gets to you it’s disgusting. You can’t get a single thing from there that will cost you less than $20 and you have to tip on top of it? As a local, I would never recommend this place and anyone I know that has ordered from them agrees. Bring down the delivery charge. Might help some. It’s the only game in town for delivery so they can do what they want and they do.

Very rude service from a young girl, if you can call that service. Tips are prepayed before you had your service. I payed 13-14% of tips because she was not patient when I was ordering. And the young girl seem very unhappy and asked me if i wrote the tips correctly. Food is okay.

The girl that answers the phone is rude and Dismissive. I repeated my order to her four times and a fifth time before ending the call. I felt the Dismissive attitude so I picked up my order instead of delivery so I can check my order right there. My order was not completed properly then she says of I might have forgot to tell you that we don’t have it. No you just didn’t care to listen to the order to begin with and thought I wouldn’t check it until leaving. My cheesesteaks were horrible and thin. I am born and raised Philly native and what is being sold here would not pass at even a mom and pops store in Philly. The locals might love it because they know no better. The salad was hot and wilted because they put hot chicken on top of so called fresh vegetables and cheese on top of the hot chicken so I ended up with grilled chicken with melted cheese and soggy wilted vegetables and when I said something the cashier replied we didn’t charge you extra for anything. JUST HORRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY PET TO EVEN EAT HERE.

When my friend ordered from here a couple of weeks ago they asked her for her card information over the phone and then 15 mins later little of money was being transfers do another bank account and added up to $$800. That’s very concerning as to why they ask for you CVV number over the phone and your card info.
