Fox and The Hen is inspired by a love of all things breakfast aka #MorningStuff. Here, we believe all the best things happen in the morning: sunrises, coffee drinks, small breakfast burritos tucked in large breakfast burritos and walks of shame.
Born out of Carrie Baird and Michael Fox’s true love for classic American breakfast served with lighthearted twists and an equal passion of all things boozy-brunch-drinks, Fox & The Hen is your new LoHi all-day breakfast concept.
Our focus is bringing friends and family together, incredibly delicious (and fun!) food, creative beverages and having everyone who leaves the Fox & the Hen feel their day is better than when they came in.

I feel so lucky to have found this breakfast place. They had been open for a little over one month. I went on a Monday and was seated right away. I ordered the Croque Madame and my friend ordered the Breakfast tacos. The food was delicious and there is more we want to try. The Top Fox and the Head Hen (described on the website) checked on us and were very nice to chat with. We will return soon to try the Tuna sandwich and the humongous avocado toast!

Very delicious food and good outside space! I have had the omelet and sandwich. They’re both great. I love the chai latte they make. I could get that every day. A must-visit if you’re in Denver.

Cool little place for fancy breakfast. We had the breakfast burrito, really good. Came with a green sauce some what raw with some acidity behind it, really crispy potatoes, and really well executed eggs. Also had the summer toast, pea purée was really good. Toast was a bit pricey for the size. Our server was great. Loved the ambiance.

Definitely lives up the hype and the crowds. The service was amazing and it’s great to see them treat their own employees well too. The food was fanfreakingtastic! These were the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever eaten! And my friend Flay Huevos was also to die for.

Great little place located in North Denver. We were greeted with a smile seated immediately server was at our table within seconds! Food and drink were tasty. Met the owner and manager who are friendly and wanted you to have a great experience. The chef bet Bobby Flay huevos, ranchero!! Definitely recommend. It’s street parking.

The humor of the menu set the tone for this amazing brunch spot. The Bloody Mary might have been the best I ever had and the breakfast tacos screamed originality and the texture was perfect. The atmosphere was great and all the staff looked like they were having a good time. Waiting for them to put their server shirts for sale (skull with pink bow) so I can purchase one for one of the girls in my family. Try this brunch spot out, it’s a must. Pictured, Breakfast tacos/huevos rancheros/hash browns(try these!)

Such a refreshing brunch spot. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is very design forward and fun. Love the patio, the pink grout on the bar, & the hot sauce wall. The FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!!! I love breakfast tacos and the version at Fox & The Hen are the best I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend the sausage rolls, Avovado toast and French Toast. Oh yeah, the huevos rancheros really did beat Bobby Flay! Do yourself a favor and go check out Fox & The Hen!!!

My friends and I visited around 1pm on a Saturday. We were 18th in line to be seated, however the wait only took 20min or so! Service was fast and very friendly! The vibes are nice but this place is definitely an overpriced brunch spot in a highly gentrified area. The serving sizes don’t really justify the cost and the food isn’t seasoned well at all. I got the breakfast burrito and there was so much crema on it! Completely overpowered the rest of the ingredients, but honestly, more seasoning on the eggs and refried beans would have helped. The avocado toast was terrible mainly because the egg was cooked wrong (I asked for over medium, but they definitely gave me over easy). The pancakes were not bad, and they had a “spicy” syrup (not spicy at all), which added a nice flavor. However, the pancakes tasted really weird on the edges. The best dish hands down was the Hashbrown Animal style. Honestly, I would go back just for that dish in particular. Another redeeming quality are the cocktails! I tried 3 and there were all delicious (weak though). I wouldn’t return on my OWN but if other people pick it as a spot, I won’t protest either.

The huevos rancheros that beat bobby flay were awesome! pulled pork in a yummy thick sauce and perfectly cooked eggs on crispy tortillas. Loved the bacon side and yogurt parfait as well.
