My Jack Daniel’s salmon was so good & flavorful! The broccoli that accompanied it was made to perfection as well. It was so tender & not hard/crunchy at all. My salad left a lot to be desired as it was just lettuce, cheese & tomatoes. My daughter had the chicken tenders & fries. I tried a bite of the tender and man, it was delicious even without a dipping sauce! Our server was really nice, and we’ve never encountered bad staff here. I’d give 5 stars but only took one off because it just takes a realllllly long time for the food to come out. This spot is never crowded at all, you’ll always get a table right when you walk in. Now the bar area, that seems to be much more busy at times.

Edited: I finally went back to this location after speaking with the GM who after seeing my post advised there would be some changes made. I waited a couple months just so I could see if the changes were indeed being instilled. I will say my experience was a 180 from my first at this location. The service was great, food was great and I appreciate the business for taking the reviews serious. Even the picture of the food are night and day

Update: Fox and Hound reached out to make the matter right. They were very courteous when speaking with me and did a wonderful job addressing the issue! I went back and had excellent service and a great meal. I’m glad I gave them a second chance.

I can see why on a Saturday this was the quietest place in a very busy area. The service was not good at all. Also when they asked the people already in the bar for a $10 cover at 8pm as the fight was on I have never seen somewhere empty so quickly. It’s a shame as a F&H bar is usually an easy and safe choice to enjoy with friends. Not this one

This was one of the worst experiences at a dining establishment. There was no host walking in- we had to seat ourselves. After sitting and waiting for over 20 minutes we asked for a server and waited another 10 minutes to receive service. I encourage management to review camera coverage on 7/25/23. When the bill came I was overcharged for the drink special after asking for it upon the order. Server and bar tender could carless about customers service. I would like the owner/ manager to reach out for more details.

Absolutely the worst people work there. This was my first time getting food from them I placed an order to go. The lady who took my order was absolutely horrible very rude to me the entire time. Went to pick up my food and they forgot to items. I waited to have them make them and they came out wrong. Ask to speak to the manager because the food was wrong and cold and she came out with an attitude and was very rude to me. Talked to another manager and he was very rude and refunded my money but not the correct amount. Then all of the servers started cussing at me as I was leaving. I will never be eating there and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will be contacting the gm and cooperate.

I’ll say first it was late we were travelling to wedding, been on road 8 hrs. We put our order in around 1130 for a 1 am pickup. Ordered 2 Jack Daniel chicken dinners and a bowl of French onion soup. This looks like something out of a kids cafeteria and sadly tastes worse neither my wife or I could even stomach finishing despite not eating most of the day. For being in such an upscale complex this is awful.

Stumbled across this place while on a work trip and was extremely happy I did. It’s a Tuesday, and on Tuesday they have $2 drafts. The service was top tier and friendlyTried the chef special, margherita pizza and it was absolutely outstanding. Definitely recommend this amazing place.
