I ordered a large pizza and as I was eating it I found a big long hair baked into the crust. None of the employees had hair coverings on and there were men with long beards that were not covered. I am thoroughly disgusted with this pizza shop and will never order from there again.

Ordered a Stromboli it wasn’t cooked fully and was sticky and had raw dough inside. Called and was just told they had a new guy there and sorry bye. No offer on money back ot a redelivery. Won’t be ordering from here again. My sub was also extremely slimy even with sauce on the side. All was thrown away.

Bad pricing, poor portions. Ordered one of the new menu items, taco gourmet fries; it costed $9 and the portion they gave was pathetic…. 10 small and mushy wedge fries overdrenched with taco sauce to make it look more sizeable than it actually is. Based on my estimate, it costed them a dollar to make it and upcharged by 7 times. Do not buy from them!!

YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER FROM HERE!!! First off I get the worker shortage but tell people when they order that it’s gonna take forever. I ordered 2 pizzas and was told it’d be delivered in an hour but it took 2 hours to get it and it was all smashed against the side of the box and stone cold. Flavor was horrid..yuck..I will never be ordering from fox’s again. Go to pizza hut or another local spot because the prices here do not outweigh the negatives, they are just as expensive as the good pizza joints with terrible food and terrible service..

Had an order placed for delivery, was marked for pick up, and today had an order placed and they put it at the wrong door. Went to store to see the picture of where it was delivered and told them that it wasn’t the right place. Money gone out of my bank and they can’t even replace my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

An absolute joke. Told 45 minutes, got it in an hour and 25 minutes. Cold. Then I chew on a freaking rubber band. When I called to make my complaint and let them know I would like a refund and that I’m done with their poor quality, I get told by the “highest level employee” there to “have fun finding another pizza shop”. Oh, THAT won’t be a problem at all, sir. Hope your owner enjoys HIS phone call on Monday!

Ordered our food at 12:04 pm, was quoted a 45 minute wait for our delivery. Food finally arrived at 1:16 pm.. and it was cold. Driver forgot our 2 liter, so we had to wait another half hour for them to return with it. We have only ordered from Fox’s a few times, but this will definitely be our last. Very disappointing.
