I eat here at least twice a week. Lunch specials are fantastic. I see the same employees there for years so very little turn over, which speaks volumes for their culture. Placed an order for an item I hadn’t ordered In awhile and couldn’t remember one of the toppings I usually get and the woman actually remembered!!! That is excellent customer service you just don’t see nowadays.

06/27/2023 Updated review from 1 yr ago… Went for sit down lunch with 8 grandkids & 3 other adults.. Yes alittle crazy but overall not bad (meaning kids) The stuff were excellent & the food was perfect !!!! Now I must add since the (1 yr plus) last time i ordered foxes the bread tasted different in a not good taste to me.. THANKS FOR BRINGING BACK THE CHEESY BREAD TASTE with warm sauce for dipping used to offer cold sauce :/ .. & Thanks for putting up with Our crazy bunch today !!!

The best foxes pizza anywhere around. Fastest delivery of any restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. I believe I might be their number 1 customer, i order sometimes several times a week to be delivered to my work. Delivery drivers are always friendly and get here way before the scheduled time. Food is always perfect. Out of probably 100 orders only 1 has been incorrect. 10/10 would recommend this foxes location over any other

I called at 6:50 pm asking if they could deliver to a well site im working at with no physical adress cause I got stuck having to work a double with no food I have them a adress that is less then a football field away from they came back saying they needed my physical adress I said again I don’t have one I have coordinates she said hold on I heard her ask how to put the phone on mute she gets back on and says no we’re done delivering… GFYM

This is the worst pizza I ever had at the new kennsington store order twice in the last two weeks first time took over 3 hours for delivery there only 3 miles away next time it took 2 and half hours I wouldn’t recommend the New Kensington Fox’s pizza to anybody

I ordered a steak and cheese hoagie and a Italian hoagie the steak is supposed to have cheese mushrooms sweet peppers lettuce and onion. I received a steak hoagie with no mushrooms no onion and green peppers very little lettuce and tomatoes. I don’t like green peppers cause they don’t like me. Even taking off the green peppers the hoagie still taste like it has green peppers. They need to learn how to make a hoagie the way they say it comes on the menu
