Stopped and pre-ordered and prepaid for 2 pizzas. When my wife brought them home 1 was totally wrong. Called, and was promised a replacement would be delivered. Over an hour passed and no pizza. Called and got hung up on. Can’t wait to stop tomorrow and talk to someone in person about this. Hopefully their hearing is better than the last 2 folks I have dealt with there

Ordered a pizza for delivery..pizza delivered in 30min’s…pizza needed more toppings that we ordered..very few green peppers and onions..cut really small. But pizza was still delicious..

I love this Fox’s restaurant. I literally drive a longer distance JUST for this place because everything I order is always accurate, the employees are always very friendly, and I never have to worry about any of the food not being the way I wanted. The fox’s in Indiana is closer than this one but I love this one way more and will not go to any other fox’s

Usually a great restaurant, but lately they never seem to be open during regular hours. We call the number posted online and no one ever answers. Even called the one in Rural Valley to verify Shelocta’s hours and number. Called several times at 6:00pm on a Saturday night and no one ever answered. Our business will now go to Rural Valley’s restaurant.

I didn’t think Fox’s could get worse yet here we are. Part of the order was forgotten and we sat on hold for 30 minutes over the course of three phone calls. “Fox’s pizza, hold please”, and never returning to the line. The chicken salad had some sort of ground up gruel which I suppose was expected to be mistaken as chicken. What wasn’t forgotten was piled on top of the smashed pizza box. Absolute train wreck.

Don’t even bother trying to order on a Sunday. I knew the owner hes a good guy but is staff is a joke. Sitting on the phone waiting for someone to answer which isn’t going to happen is a great way to loose business.
