The order I placed was for a wedgie sandwich, a club as they call it. It came to me hot , 3 weeks ago I ordered the same thing and it came to me cold which is what I thought I was getting again tonight , a cold sandwich, so when I called and spoke to the Manager, she told me they do not come cold unless I order it that way, ok so why three weeks ago did it come cold and I never asked it to be anyway simply because I did not know I was supposed to specify if I wanted it cold. To spend this amount of money and they cannot even make it right with a customer, this is poor management and have lost a customer. Never again Fox’s. You have lost my business.

Treats people like garbage!!! Walked in on the owner screaming at one of the employees and completely verbally abusing this young lady. I witnessed her talking bad on the employee in the kitchen and then she went in the back and I could hear her screaming at the young lady in the back. Completely uncalled for. Went in another time and I witnessed the manager screaming at another young lady over a check? These people are abusive to staff and customers. This place has the worst adults. They all act like they are children in college still. And some of the managers give their kids and their kids friends free food. This place has no class and is just disrespectful to people. If you are an adult who isn’t in college or “popular ” or known around clarion/Brookville don’t even bother trying to get a job here.

Received my order 2 hours late. The manager felt it was appropriate to give me a lecture on “How to properly order a pizza, and providing the right customer phone number.” After I explained that another person called to make the order, the manager asked if I would pass along the information to the person who called in the order. Wow! Cold pizza at the same price as regular pizza, excellent management-to-customer retaliation for addressing late delivery, and I received a $5 coupon with the name “Carl” on it! I can see this pizza joint is going places, like chapter 7.

Good food, decent prices. Love the new location on Main Street. We get a lot of deliveries from there. Their drivers get here quickly and are always friendly and polite. Any issues we’ve had with this Fox’s has been resolved quickly. I would recommend them very highly. Good choice for lunch or dinner as their menu has a good variety.

Food is decent but way overpriced. They’ve changed their sausage for their pizza from small crumbled pieces to larger ones, which I don’t like as much. Twice now I’ve ordered a steak sub and the 1st time when I got vegetables on it, they were raw and hard, not cooked and just like the 1st time there was barely any meat on my sub… so if you want to pay a bunch for bread, this is the place to go.

Today I called foxes brookville at 4:07PM and placed a 90$+ order for 5PM. I was very pressed for time when ordering, but when I placed the order they said 5PM was fine. Got there at exactly 5:00PM, paid them almost 100$ and HAVE BEEN WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR OVER 15 MINUTES. Why would they agree to a time if they can’t get it right?
