This is absolutely unacceptable! 3 pieces of thin sliced Turkey on my sub I called and that’s normal now. When prices go up and quality goes down I’ll make my own subs. Maybe some updated pictures on your menu would be good.

I’m super pregnant and ordered the pickle pizza. I just want to say thank you for one of the best pickle experiences I’ve ever had. The sauce to toppings ratio was perfect. The pickles were CRUNCHY and delicious. It was delivered hot (s/o delivery guy) and ready. Little Ceaser’s could NEVER.

I stopped by fox’s pizza on my way home the young lady that took my order was very nice and I have no complaints about her what did bother. Me was one the pricing I ordered the small sampler you get your choice of 3 items I only asked for two and that they could double up on one to equal the 3 items so I ended up with 6 of the cheese sticks and 6 zucchini so I either didn’t get one doubled or I am not counting right I also ordered chicken strips with no fries which was charged 7.99 for that which ended up being 4 very small chicken strips and two of them you couldn’t even eat they where so hard if I would have had teeth they would have broke so my order costs me 18.00 I wouldn’t have been so upset if the food would have been good but it wasn’t and the price for what I got has made it so that I won’t go there again now if you like very small portions and your food hard then I guess it would have been ok.

Very frustrated with our service. Requested delivery ASAP and was informed that we would have our order by 12:15pm. Once that time had passed I called to find out where our food was. I was then told that a large order had come in to be delivered at the same time as ours so we got bumped and they never bother to notify us of the delay. After our order was already 15 minutes late, I was told it would be another 25-30 minutes before our order would be delivered! That would make it almost 2 hours from order time to delivery time. Unacceptable!

The owner is fantastic. The new renovations are very nice. It is up to date and a great environment. The service is terrific. Food is always fresh, and the delivery is super fast. They have some good weekly deals as well.

We have always had good service and good food. The facility is clean and well decorated and in good condition. The menu has a ton of items to choose from. It is right in the heart of downtown Franklin and has great view out the front.
