Ordered in store, a pizza with pepperoni and cheese, extra sauce. I got home and found out it was just cheese. My husband called and the guy on the phone offered 20 percent off the next order, but never offered a new pizza. The guy kept saying we were never charged for pepperoni like it was our fault that the order was put in incorrectly. Finally I (the wife) had to get on the phone and told the guy that I don’t know what I was or wasn’t charged for, all I know is, I didn’t get a pizza with pepperoni like I ordered. It wasn’t a big deal at all, until they made it one when my husband called. They informed my husband that the order was read back to me (it wasn’t) making it seem it was my fault I didn’t pay attention to the order. I have ordered multiple times and only get my pizza one way. Whether it was a misunderstanding or not, I don’t like how they made us feel on the phone. And to beat it all the only place, literally, made me bring the pizza back for another one like I was lying. It entered my home, which I made aware to the employee on the phone and he said he was instructed to inform me to bring it back. Which I did. I had no other apology from the lady who does the front, no manager, or anything after being disrespected on the phone. Just “I wasn’t charged for pepperoni.” Your pizza is good, I’ll continue my business. But you have knocked down a notch in my book and I will be checking the pizza before I leave the parking lot. Since customers are in the wrong for the order “put in and read back.” Or so they said on the phone. Do better.

Ordered the baked chicken parmesan for delivery. It looked amazing. But, there was virtually NO chicken in it. I found 4 very small pieces of chicken. Honestly, the cheese chunks were larger than the chicken I found. Flavor was great. Delivery time for an early Monday evening seemed long.

Waited almost a hour for my big daddy deluxe to be delivered. Called the store and one of the guys said they were short drivers and asked for a refund and they wouldnt give it to me over the phone. They gave me a option to come pick it up at the store went in and they said they dont know what happend to the order and dont know if its out for delivery or what. WONT EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

I had made an online order and went to the store at the promised time. I then was told it would be 5 minutes so I waited and waited for 30 mins. When I asked an employee about my phone they said “oh yeah it’s right here it’s been ready for a minute”. Another customer came in and was given a free soda for waiting 5mins. I on the other hand wasn’t even given an I’m sorry. I used to really like there food but this experience has really changed how I feel about fox’s.

Ordered 2 Xtra large pies near closing time they said about 20 minutes showed up at 18 1/2 minutes and just came outta the oven and was cutting. Got home was still nice and warm and cooked perfect not over cooked or mushy in the middle perfect pies only issue was we ate to much BARNETT FAMILY

I ordered food to be picked up at 7:35. I arrived at this time. It is currently 7:50. I am hoping my food is in the oven. Because I can’t get anyone to help me. I am diabetic. This is unacceptable. What was I thinking giving this place another chance? Is there new ownership? This place used to be decent, not so much anymore. The pizza tasted like the box it came in and the cheese sticks were so hard they were unedible. . The only decent thing was the Mountain Dew!

We always loved Fox’s but the quality is just not what it used to be. We ordered two buffalo chicken hoagies, but for whatever reason got one barbecue chicken and one buffalo hoagie, which is what was on the receipt on the bag but upon checking my email receipt, I ordered two buffalo chicken hoagies as intended so not sure what happened there. Cheese bread was also not as tasty as it used to be. Disappointing

Picked up an order for dinner with friends. The guy working the counter was friendly & helpful. Our order didn’t take long. Everyone loved the pizza & cheesy breadsticks. I enjoyed my wedgie – their crust is the best! I also tried the garlic parmesan wings & they were meaty & delicious. I hadn’t been to Fox’s since I lived in Jonesborough 5 years ago & I’m glad to see the food is just as good. So happy I had the opportunity to visit again.
