I called from Arizona to order my daughter a pizza for her birthday and when she received her order inside the lid was a special message for her that I did not request however, it made her cry as this was her 1st birthday not home and when she facetimed me to show me i cried… needless to say it was so incredibly thoughtful and sweet of your employees to help make this day extra special ! it I the little things that make us happy and I want to thank you all for being so sweet and thoughtful I greatly appreciate it and will not forget this simple thought of kindness.

Good pizza, full menu, nice workers but the manager, the guy who runs the place and who has been there for quite some time, is a miserable d–k. A few weeks ago he intentionally delayed the cooking process of my pizza for what seemed like was out of spite. I merely came to the store 20 minutes or so after ordering the pie, prepaid it and inquired about it… without looking at me, he angrily responded that “it will be done when it’s done” and walked away. Fast forward 50 minutes, still nothing. I decided to wait 5 more minutes before asking for a refund (it’s been longer than an hour now) and about 3 minutes later, this sweet girl brings it out to me. make no confusion, the manager is the only jerk there. And bud, if you’re reading this and you can admit that you hate serving the public, GET A NEW JOB.

You might wanna order several hours ahead of time ….all i ordered was a sandwich and mozzarella sticks and it took an hour and a half…..btw….store is 6 minutes from where I was staying. Food finally arrived cold….dont even try to call them, they must not know what that box is hanging on the wall cuz they DONT answer the phone. This just instills why i don’t like to tip until I get my order. The driver who called was rude.

Food is always good. Always warm. Always delivered on time or early. Driver never reads the driver notes. Someone in my household has extreme anxiety. We ask them not to knock on the door. Just leave the pizza. 9 times out of 10 they thump on the door like the big bad wolf.

We are staying long term at a hotel due to mold found in our home. We have been impressed by the quality and selection of food. The delivery staff are always kind courteous. My hubby and I are disabled and use mobility devices we have to order delivery since we can’t carry items. Thanks to all in this day and age of staffing shortages they continue their professionalism

Just ordered from them today 12/29/19 and I most likely wont ever go there again. Went to pick up my order, paid and was told my pizza is coming out now so I sat down to wait. From where I was sitting I overheard the blond haired woman (manager ?) say to a co worker “this is a large not an extra large”. They didn’t say anything to me just let me sit there an additional 20 minutes. No apology or anything. At the very least they could have thrown an apology or even the incorrect item as a token apology. The only comment i got was when my pizza was handed to me. A monotone “here’s your pizza” I mentioned she missed my pepperoni rolls, the follow up good service was a “here” as they were handed to me. I’ve lived in plum all my life and have eaten at fox’s a good bit but until they straighten up I won’t be going back. Politeness and professionalism go a long way.

Ordered a calzone and a wedge today. We could smell that it was burnt when the driver brought it in. It has been the best place around here, even the best Fox’s I have been to up until lately. Barely warm on the inside and completely burnt on the outside. I understand they are trying to get the food done fast but turning your oven up to the point that you flash burn it is a really bad idea. I gave 2 stars because the delivery driver was very polite and apologetic. We will not be ordering from here again. It’s a shame, we really used to like it, we would order for our employees quite often.

I’ve been a long time customer of Fox’s Pizza (12+ years) until this week. Ordered a large pizza and a veggie sub (with only TWO toppings requested), gave a cash tip. Put my hoagie in the fridge til the next day as a treat for myself. Open the hoagie and….nothing. Just some toasted bread. Ten bucks for toasted bread? No thank you. Very disappointed, but I guess it’s time to start trying different pizza places in Plum.

I order from foxes pizza plum because they showed up on Google first and because the times I tried to order from Murrysville the online ordering is usually down. Today the delivery driver told me I need to order from Murrysville because I’m their customer… well now I’m not a foxes customer at all. The food is garbage, they’re literally just close and convenient but now I’ll take my business elsewhere and get good quality food.
