Tried to order a pizza at 8:00 on a Friday when they were supposed to close at 10:00. They told my mother in law they couldn’t do the order because they had already shut their ovens off for closing. It seems to be no matter what time we call in a Friday they’re always getting ready to close. It’s getting a little ridiculous.

I ordered food at 5:45 being told 45 mins for delivery. I called back at 7:15 wondering where our food is, and I’m told that the driver took the food to the wrong location. She advises me that she has to wait for her driver and then our food will be delivered. She offered a 20% discount. My food arrived at 7:50, cold and disgusting AND I was still charged full price.

They used to be absolutely amazing. Last time I ordered from them, they was an hour and a half late (I live 10 minutes away) and the pizzas was cold. Today I ordered pizza and 2 hours later no one even showed up. I called and the lady told me he was on his way. 20 minutes later she said he just left. There’s no excuse for that and I’m a pretty lenient customer who is usually understanding of things.

If you’re not going to deliver orders past 830 PM, then change your online ordering so it’s unavailable. Completely unacceptable for you to take my money for my order at 8:40 pm and let me sit waiting for over an hour and a half. By 10pm I still had no food, I’m out $25 and your business was closed. Luckily the money was returned to my account this morning, however not a single courtesy call was ever placed to let me know my order was cancelled or not coming. Truly ridiculous and I’ll have to be desperate before I consider ordering from this Fox’s again.

The waiter/counter man was exceptional. He really performed his duties well. He was friendly, courteous, and attentive. His was knowledgeable about the menu & made some excellent suggestions. The restaurant was clean & well kempt. As was the restrooms. I highly recommend this great establishment.

First time in this location. Food was served in good time and much like most other Fox’s locations. Comfortable booths and a huge step up from the Apollo location, which still will not allow anyone in the door. So we will most likely be back.

Very disappointing when you consider that their pizza is actually quite a bit tastier than most Fox’s we’ve experienced. However, the customer service and poor handling of deliveries for us has been trying our patience, and we’ve recently decided to not get our pizza here any longer. We’ve had delivery delays upwards of two hours, which is not an exaggeration. We’ve tried pickup, only to have delays and lukewarm/cold pizza as a result. Not sure what happened here but it’s been one issue after another, and sadly we’re moving on. The second star is for their great-tasting pies, which can’t be taken away from them.
