Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an Italian hoagie from the Hopewell location yesterday and it was awful. Hoagie and pizza had a strange taste to them. Me and my wife only had a slice of the pizza and a few bites of the hoagie and we are still feeling sick the next day. We will never try this place again. So disappointed

I have one word for you… HORRIBLE. We ordered food last night only to be called back later and asked to pick up our order as they couldn’t locate their delivery person. Fine we go get it. Get our food home to find out that it is under cooked, doughy, and uneatable. They store is closed by this point so my husband calls when he gets home from work the next day to talk to a manager. Again one word for you….UNHELPFUL. The man my husband spoke to informed us that that’s just how they make their stromboli and the 10 min ride caused it to be undercooked and raw. Not only did he refuse a refund he kept insisting that it was the ride home that caused it to be that way. Mind you we’ve ordered them previously and never had them that way. Will never eat here again and strongly advise you not too as well.
