I don’t typically ever write reviews but felt like I should for this one since it seems like it’s somehow gotten mostly very positive reviews on here. The hot vanilla latte I got was trash. Tasted bland and was lukewarm when given to me. When you look at the pictures for this place you see the pics of the designs put at the top of the lattes…based on how mine came out it seemed like the kids working there had no experience in doing so, as you can see in my picture. Seemed like it was 3 kids who were around 18 years old working their first jobs.

All the workers here are so welcoming and kind. They make studying here tolerable. Parker makes the best caramel/vanilla lattes with cold foam, needs to be a menu item. Husam is a great worker and will give you all the ice you’ll ask for and makes funny jokes. Ana also makes some of the best lattes and one of the sweetest people. All the workers are always making sure their customers are doing okay and if they need anything. Super friendly staff, def recommend

Average but small coffee shop in retail center that also serves ice cream. Part of a local chain. Coffee is pretty good as well as basic commissary baked goods. Shop was fairly small with limited seating but there is a large patio area outside. Staff was friendly. (Although Foxtail is good, if you want better coffee and experience, go to CFS in the plaza across the street)

I was love finding a local small café instead of your typical big chain coffee places. The coffee options are great and freshly ground coffee beans is always much better than pre packaged coffee. They also offer a variety of pastries. They also offer cold drinks and icebcream and sorbet.

Amazing coffee and tastes very clean compared to most coffee shops. The ambience is unmatched. It is cozy, warm, and feels like home. The friendly staff and owner always make my day better. I have been coming here almost every morning since I found this location. I hope you get to experience what I have in such a short time. Highly recommend stopping in and trying their coffee. It is also great for meet ups and meetings 😉

Parker makes the best Caramel latte you’ll ever try ask him about his recipe. the staff is always welcoming and kind. Ana deserves a raise for always making sure the place is clean. the vibes are immaculate. the ice cream is great and the free samples never get old. Husam is making sure everything is restocked and gives you all the ice waters you can ask for.
