We came here two days into the season and they were ready! We had a wonderful dinner, they were able to accommodate six of us easily. You may need a reservation further into the season, I can imagine this place gets busy. Excellent food, great service.

For years, my parents have raved about this place but I’ve yet to be impressed, primarily because of the service. But today… was the worst!! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival when we couldn’t find anywhere to park, we walked in to hear it was going to be a 15 minute wait for a table for four. Great start! Even better, it was 15 minutes or less and we were seated right on the water! However, that was where everything went south. Once seated, it was never 10 minutes until we were acknowledged. At that point we had to ask for water. The server came back with three waters for our party of four. My parents were there days before and warned us that our waitress did not do well the last time we were there and I may want to ask for someone else. I wish I had! We ordered drinks, two beers, Prosecco and a vodka tea. Simple right? We received three of four, missing a beer and she had no idea how to open the bottle of Prosecco. (No worries, we’ve got this.) we had to ask for our 4th water and the missing beer. It never came. Eventually we asked another waitress for assistance and she was super helpful!!

The view alone is worth 5 stars. Other reviews seem to be hit or miss about the food, but I liked what I ordered. The spicy calamari was the best calamari I’ve ever had. She hot.

Had reservations for 630pm on a Thursday. Got there at 620. Were told the people before us were 20 minutes late for their reservation so we had to wait and come back in 20 minutes if they didn’t call us. Were seated in 15 minutes. Unfortunately we were seated outside in the sun. 705 pm the waiter took our drink and appetizer order and dinner order. We got appetizers and salads but at 840 still no meals after asking several times. Kept saying few more minutes. We spoke to the manager and she blamed us for the times but later admitted they were double booked. NEVER AGAIN!! We paid for our appetizers and salads and left. Poor over all service except for the waiter I felt sorry for him and we left him a tip for his time…

My family came in for dinner Thursday evening and everything was great. I had never been there before. I am handicapped so it was great to see that this place was inviting to people like myself. The waitress was great and the food was delicious! Thank you for a wnderful time and I would recommend this great food place for everyone!

Beautiful views of the river! Tasty food and a nice wine selection. We’ve eaten here a few times now on our trips to the 1000 Islands region. The staff is friendly and well trained. We will be back.

Took 10 minutes for a waitress to come over. Watched our drinks sit 15+ minutes before they were brought over. Had to request water 3 times. Hair in salad (as pictured). From seated to leaving, over a 1.5 hour trip of waiting so much. Food was good once we got it, amazing how good food can taste without hair in it!
