I’m a chef and have worked making pizzas. This place is awesome. For the quality it’s reasonably priced, and as far as the quality goes it’s great. I got a 12 pizza and breadsticks and the dough was perfect. Soft but savory. The pizza sauce is a little strong but I like it that way. Great service at pickup and great food!

This is our favorite pizza now (they only have takeout and delivery). The hand-tossed crust is just how I like it, puffy and a little softer like a bread crust instead of a cracker crunch. The cheese they use is delicious, not overly salty, and properly gooey. The cheese also refrigerates well for tomorrow’s leftovers, clinging to the crust and toppings. Then the toppings are fresh and plentiful. We had chicken as one of the toppings and it was real baked and cut up chicken, not processed chicken cubes like at some places.

We called to place an order and the girl on the other end struggled to take our order. She then passed the phone off to another girl who did even worse. If we said six, she said seven it made absolutely no sense. So we drove to place an in person order to discover two young girls preparing to leave as it was the end of their shift. For that reason she seemed shocked to see us and knew who we were when we began to order and it still took her 15 minutes.Perhaps it was hard because of the screaming woman in the back; although I doubt that. The pizza was okay. The crust was burnt and flavorless. And although the toppings were fresh and plentiful the pizza itself was missing a flavorful sauce. I was expecting something award winning, and left disappointed, and underwhelmed especially for the price point. Even if it had been the best pizza I ever had I still would not comeback based upon the lack of customer service, and professionalism.

Went with the Singnature pizza, it was loaded with toppings, crust was perfect and flavorfull. I normally eat 3-4 slices but this was so filling I was full after eating 1.5.

Franca’s is my ABSOLUTE favorite pizza! We’ve only ever ordered delivery through the Slice app, and it isn’t the closest pizza place, but as far as we’re concerned, it’s the best. The specialty pizza options are fabulous, we love the Campagnola and Rustica. The boneless wings are awesome, especially with the buffalo parmesan sauce. The Tiramisu and Cannoli are delicious. Everything we’ve had has been phenomenal. And their delivery has been perfect. The food has come in a timely manner, hot, cold when it should be, with no damage to anything. I love ordering from here when we have people visiting, they’re always impressed. A bad day warrants Franca’s. It’s never a bad idea to get dinner from here. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth every penny.

A new pizza take-out only place that was not too shabby. The pizza and breadsticks both were good but not anything too special. The menu consists of pizza, salads, pastas, and even dessert! We just got the classic rustica pizza and the italian sausage was extremely good but everything else on the pizza didn’t add much flavor. I would love to go back and try the Mac n Cheese + Bacon pizza. This place is conveniently located in eastown, so you can grab some pizza and to-go beer from a nearby brewery for dinner.

We ordered a half mushroom and sausage pizza. It was just ok and cooked right but nothing made it stand out. Was a decent pizza I guess but I think they really need to find a way to differentiate themselves from other places in the area.

I ordered pizza here for a group and was so pleased with it! Really perfect crust (great blend of crunchy exterior and soft interior), very thorough on the toppings, overall delicious. The staff was also very kind, including grabbing the door for me as my arms were full of multiple pizzas. Would definitely order from here again.

Ordered the Maui wowi pizza and a few sides. Pizza was awesome and unique. The cheese bread was pretty good as well but the Buffalo parmesan ranch wings were one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. Could hardly choke one down and then threw away the rest. Highly recommend the pizza, but avoid the wings.
