Love the food but love the service even more. They have 3 great young girls at the counter every Sunday when I come in and they are all a pleasure to speak to. My family recently visited the Hamptons and ate at Francesca’s. We had the best gluten-free pizza! We had a choice of two gluten-free crusts and chose the one that was not a cauliflower crust. We asked for the Grandma with a drizzle of pesto. I have been gf for 20 years. When I say the best, I mean the best. It had a wonderful chewiness to it. Amazing! Fresh, delicious ingredients too! Highly recommend. My kids joked that we would have to drive 3 hours for dinner.

I’m up in NY visiting my bf, and he said you must have a Grandma Slice! He even explained the history of it being created by Sicilian immigrants of it being a stovetop pizza that is thin. He was so right! Francesca’s Pizza is delish! The sauce is slightly sweet, being Sicilian myself, it was perfect IMO! Topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and chunks of cooked tomato. Loved it! We also had reg slices, mine with mushrooms. Equally delish. It was very busy, yet we got our slices quickly. I also had an iced Cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. They also make homemade ice cream. So glad he brought me here!

Tried to call and was placed on hold for 5 minutes to complain. Horrible burnt garlic rolls and uncooked calzone. Plus wait 20 minutes and had to ask if our food was ready.recevied calzone already cut in half and topping falling out in smallest container they could find. If I wanted to cook or eat slop I would have made something to eat at home. Then I was told they don’t give credit for ruining my dinner. Unfortunately they have lost my business. Plus they said it’s a holiday weekend why don’t you try on a not busy day. Unbelievable as to this place being in the Hamptons. I have had better experiences at busy pizza joints. Another thing they served 5 people larger orders and 2 small orders that ordered after us first. But 2 of them were law enforcement so I am okay with that. Asked for extra sauce and they gave us 1 tiny sauce. Plus one of the orders was told sorry we burnt ur garlic knots but we ran out so we gave u 4 burnt knots. How do u justify being able to serve food like that. I’m not from this area and this is not how I wanted to experience a place that was recommended so highly. I had to go home to recook the slop and peel off the burnt parts to have dinner and still I only ate a few bites and threw it all out. After a day no response from the manager. Wow this is going to go viral

Ok I am def a pizza connoisseur and this is FOR SURE THE BEST PIZZERIA in Nassau or Suffolk county.. the garlic knots are the BEST IN NY, PROBABLY THE WORLD! HUGE VARIETY of slices to choose from, Vodka slice is outta this world. Also the big tropical fish tank with live coral is a very cool experience!

The attention that a Hispanic person receives is very bad. I could say that the girls who serve there are racist. I stood in line, and they wouldn’t attend to my order. They did it only with white people. I had to wait about 10 minutes watching how they attended to the other (white) people

Delicious pizza and pasta. Try Grandma’s pizza and the vodka sauce. Sautéed veggies were also great. Staff was super friendly. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a quick service place, but still cute with the ice cream bar feature.

Now, one thing that I need to write: being often to Italy, this is not your Italian typical pizza. Not at all, with thick dough and plenty toppings, more like a focaccia bread. However, it is a great place to please your tastebuds with more of an American type of pizza. Hearty portions, great choice of toppings and quick service. Seafood piece was my favourite. Everything is so fresh and really filling. Definitely a great place to go for a pizza in Long Island. I hope I will be coming back next time I am visiting the States!
