My experience at Francisca Charcoal Chicken and Meats was incredible. Our waitress, Fabiana, was a sweetheart. She answered all of our questions, assisted us with everything, and was an overall delight. Definitely recommend going to this restaurant and trying their delicious chicken. 5/5 stars.

I came here for the first time a couple days ago and I had a great time. I only ordered half chicken, boiled yuca and coleslaw salad. I really enjoyed everything, coleslaw salad was awesome too!! Everything was delicious. only thing I can tell you it is, Please improve your waitress services, it took too much for the waitress to take our order. That is awful. Place was not even packed. Thanks

These people are out of their minds providing service so terrible, If you don’t speak spanish good luck with this place, the waitresses seem to have some kind of serious personality issues here, the service is horrendous, passive aggressive and downright weird, they need therapists or something it’s so blatant, this is not the first time experiencing this kind of thing here it’s the second time different person exact same behavior, if you go to the lowest reviews you will see other people complain of the same, someone even mentions that they bribe people with free items for positive Google reviews which makes total sense as the 4.9 google rating does not. Move on from this place if you’re thinking of eating here, just another establishment doing their best at lowering the quality of life in South Florida.

One of our favorite places. We always bring friends/family here when they are visiting and everyone falls in love. The best chicken I’ve ever had! Fried plantains with the cheese are amazing. Even the white rice is fantastic. Great deal for your money. Fast and friendly service.
