Food is amazing, definitely recommend them for any of your pizza desires. The dine in experience was lack luster though. Our waitress didn’t know any of the menu and wasnt provided silverware when seated. I would definitely recommend take out over dine in, the food is worth it.

Amazing pizza and amazing customer service. We got a takeout order from this place and our doordash guy brought the wrong order. We called the restaurant, they refunded us our money AND the owners son brought our actual order out. Amazing service.

Okay I’m from NYC (Da Bronx) and I have eaten the best pizza known to man. Since relocating to Wilkes Barre some 10 years ago I have never had pizza like this. OMG ! I’m going to step out and say it’s the best I ever had in my 58 years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh my god, this place absolutely amazing!! I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and it came with 3 chicken breasts!! And a gigantic garlic knot!! The Alfredo sauce was impeccable and had such amazing flavor! 10/10 if I could rate any higher I definitely would!

My friend Phyllis introduced me do the family that own Franco’s in Wilkesbarre. What amazing people!!! They immediately made me feel like I was apart of their family and I had the pleasure of joining them all for a meal together. Their food is excellent and it’s a such a clean and spacious environment. I’m honored to have met them all today.

Seriously one of the best pizza places EVER!!! Their pizzas are so unique and the portion sizes are HUGE! Had the Stromboli stuffed crust that was half bbq chipotle and half chipotle steak, WOW!!! The flavors were so on point and the dough was so fluffy and cooked perfectly. Also, the Stromboli stuffed crust is basically a second meal, so be prepared for leftovers. And we can’t forget the AMAZING Customer service. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the owners son and he was so nice and helpful. We are big foodies and had a LOT of questions and he answered all of them and was so patient; thank you! If you are in the area you NEED to stop into Franco’s!
